Point to be noted... RPRF:RIGHT of permanent residence FEE...If encashed then it's all clear... But more travel history...stay outside India means; More paperwork for the PR applicant. I assume once all channels are clear and Canada is ready to welcome their new PERMANENT RESIDENTS...CIC will make sure the paperwork is done properly b4 visas are issued... therefore..I feel... RPRF: POSITIVE sign WAITING TIMES : be PATIENT...CIC is busy compiling your paperwork...that might involve lot of data entries from different departments into central file and you will get visa sooner or later. what is your opinion?  Hi I sent all documents including pcc on 22nd march 2012. my medical received on 29th March by cic and they en cashed my DD on 28th March 2012. How would you explain this? does it mean my security checks are done?  ?... we r still waiting for passport request... please guide |

Hi I sent all documents including pcc on 22nd march 2012. my medical received on 29th March by cic and they en cashed my DD on 28th March 2012. How would you explain this? does it mean my security checks are done? ?... we r still waiting for passport request... please guide Pratik, I still believe that DD encashment has nothing to do with medicals. The finance dept take care of dd encashment. I think they just gather the dd's over a fortnight and then encash them together. Thats the reason we get dd encashments in bunches. There must be a lot of other people who are not on the forum whose dd's get encashed with ours. |

Pratik,
I still believe that DD encashment has nothing to do with medicals. The finance dept take care of dd encashment. I think they just gather the dd's over a fortnight and then encash them together. Thats the reason we get dd encashments in bunches. There must be a lot of other people who are not on the forum whose dd's get encashed with ours.

Presently NDVO is working on MI1, MI2 or MI3.
Or they are working for all.
The visa date was 16 april. DM reflected on 19 april. So DM updated on 3rd day of visa stamping. Very happy to see.thanks to all my friends here. The journey is not over here, i will b intouch with this forum. There is one problem with my COPR documents which NDVO sent me. There is only one COPR copy(CIC) for my spouse. Other copy(client copy) is of another person who also got visa on 16 april. The name of person is abhilash senan who is resident of kottayam keral. If anybody know this person please let me know as mine spouse COPR copy must be with that person. A big blunder from NDVO. Anyway i have already emailed NDVO regarding this and also will fax and call on monday. |

Once background checks are done they encash ur dd...meanwhile they confirm MEDICALS...parallel work is done by their accounts section..and more time is taken for those who has more travel history I.e clearances in security checks at this stage...Thts what I can think about ndvo working... But prateek ur case is very similar to LVO/other visa office applicants where passport is requested at a stage whn all background security and evrything is clear... |

Smart pt congrats bro... forblogs, may be what your saying is true.... they must be having the finance dept...to collect the dd's but.. it doesn mean that they blindly encash it as long as they are not sure of the documents provided are authentic.. i mean they will surely look into our pcc's and medicals before encashing it right? also, i haven heard anyone getting rejected after rprf encashed... although it must'v happened but very rare i believe.. have you come across any soch case? ?? |

Hey man what is BGC now.. ?? dozens of applicants have received MR in last three months from LVO but these are of MI1 and MI2, it means LVO is working , LVO is sending MI3 applications for BGC but time for result of BGC is not in the hand of LVO , when it receiveS BGC result of any applicant it sends MR , whose BGC result is not receved by LVO how can it send MR.
