in my case they asked FBI and Italy pcc but I explained them that I did not stay in any place for more than 6 mnts as I worked in cruise lines. They en cashed my dd and still w8ng for dm. 43 days finished after pp submitted. Wat do u think they put me on hold till I submit pcc or they consider my case as I worked in cruise
One more questtion if my travel history is more does it delay my process
yes they always ask for FBI one.. i think if your stay was not more than 6 months then thr shud not b any prob at all. as u have already explained this and ur dd is encashed so fingers crossed. i mean u shuold be expecting DM soon. |

Wecan,
i was in UAE for just 6 n half months but i have submitted UAE's Pcc.... no issues with that
but ur right that additional time will be taken to process if the person has been away from his country..
but again as u said itl take hardly 15 days...
i don understand their funda as well... they emcash the dd they make us wait... and processing time
after pps submission sucks.. no que system nothing.... its irritating frustrating... its been 50 days after pp submission
and also i heard they are processing on the priority of NOC's.... and i applied in may 2011.... still waiting... god help us all....

I can say both way its post/Pre medical interview.
As I got request. For MR in november-11 ,done same nov,sent MR,RRPF,PP of my wife in same month.
But I informed them abt new born baby after they have issued MR for mine and wife.So I requested MR forr my baby also , they have not replied for 30 days after MR, so I have completed medical and sent all as timmeline is of 45 days.
They have issued interview due to doubt of couple relation,but interviewer was indian which 15 minutes he understood they we are married and given MR for my daughter.

can someone tell me wheather im MI2 or MI3?  I applied in may 2011... but bec the VO had overlooked my documents.. i got a rejection in august 2011.. then my consultant had appealed regarding the rejection from legal dept.... and then i qualified..... and got the AOR in nov... now my question is, as it was reconsidered after june 2011 which was in august which category i fall into??? MI3?? or MI2? |

Point to be noted... RPRF:RIGHT of permanent residence FEE...If encashed then it's all clear... But more travel history...stay outside India means; More paperwork for the PR applicant. I assume once all channels are clear and Canada is ready to welcome their new PERMANENT RESIDENTS...CIC will make sure the paperwork is done properly b4 visas are issued... therefore..I feel... RPRF: POSITIVE sign WAITING TIMES : be PATIENT...CIC is busy compiling your paperwork...that might involve lot of data entries from different departments into central file and you will get visa sooner or later. what is your opinion?  |
