WHat is 45 days processing rule after medical? i am waiting for passport request... does it me we must submit passport within 45 days

Means...VO will take some more time to assess cases which requires more time for background checks and where many authorities are involved in giving feedback to CIC....just a guess..you c.. But I assume the time gap bw DM for those requiring outside clearances should not be more than 2-3 weeks.. so don't worry you will be there..it's just a matter of few more days... |

You will get it in next few days... hey..  I just noticed that your case did a sprint till your MR...you applied on 10 th nov..and way ahead of many applicants... I applied on 1st nov....with 30 days of waiting after PP submission.  |

Your case seems very similar to LVO applicants where PP is requested once BC and MEDICALS are done....wish you luck with PP request and once VO office request they will stamp and return within a week. Cheers... |

hey sidestep it doesnt matter i think personally that u were away from india.. provided u submitted a correct PPC.. i mean did u submit FBI finger printing 1..if yes then thr shudnt b any prob at all. |

in my case they asked FBI and Italy pcc but I explained them that I did not stay in any place for more than 6 mnts as I worked in cruise lines. They en cashed my dd and still w8ng for dm. 43 days finished after pp submitted. Wat do u think they put me on hold till I submit pcc or they consider my case as I worked in cruise One more questtion if my travel history is more does it delay my process |
