Dear Friends,
I have got my PER, medicals have done in mid March 2012. I got an email from the local Visa Office requesting the " evidence of transferable funds of myself " . when i lodge my application, I have enclosed a valuation report of the Fixed assets ( House and Land ) only. The official document taken from the local valuation officer, and now it has expired on 31.12.2011.
Please tell me whether they asking above extended valuation report? Do I need to provide them bank statements with cash? When i get the visa, i will have resigned from the present job, thereafter my employer will release the provident fund, ETF, grativity etc.. Shall i mention those facts and future money resources in the covering letter?

What is your Visa office
Normally London VO accept Land valuation but our Senior member Cappuccino sugest to obtain valuation from three different valuation firm and get the average(you can get clarification from him "get2canada @ worldpress.com
From my experiance,I show 50% reqred money from my PF/TF balances obtaining letters from those handling organisation.In my country we can prematurly surrender above balances upon migration.It has been mentioned inrespective websites.
In my covering letter I have clearly stated all details and Link to respective web(PF/TF funds) an it hasent be a problem sofar .I have got MR and Medical result received status(The above two funds manage by the government and withdrawal etc. are acoordance with a parliament act)

The initial minimum amount tequire to keep at landing time that you must show by bank balance, fix deposit etc. Which is anytime you can use |

hello lildmd,
we have the same NOC.
My application was returned due to cap reached. It was received by CIC on 28 December 2011.
It was said that there was a 22nd December applicant under the same NOC whose application was returned also due to cap reached.
Send an inquiry to CIC regarding your application.
i hope you got 'in'.

hello bereth. thank you for the reply. i did not use CIC. i sent my papers directly, i was so angry that the courier lost track of my parcel from dec 3 to 20! i'm not even sure if my documents reached nova scotia... |

In our system all employers must remit PF/TF money to Government body manage by Central Bank.We Can get balances at any time simply requesting them directly . |

If u can withdraw anytime than you can show,
But bank balance is best.
Per head amount is to be shown is given I cic site that amount you have liquid

hi doc, just keep praying and hope for the best, there is another one from Manila V.O. it took 5 months before she got her PER, same NOC 3113
hello arrowsmom! thank you for giving me hope. i'm so pissed with the courier that time. we can't track our application for several days...  do u know what month he sent his application? i'm also planning to prepare new documents in case they didn't reach the cap. my IELTS wil expire this dec that's why i should act fast... |
