Dear SABU79

Sending a CSE to Vo doesn't effect your application. I have send 3 times CSE to London. But in some cases when there is no update on file they don't reply.
But why not give a try??  I am also from Bangladesh but living in London. It took less time in my case compare to you for MR
but again more time for PPR.. compare to many applicant. My best pray for your MR as I have seen your waiting time a bit longer.
