Nah! Your file must be sitting around with a lazy officer. I actually feel that it is time for you to send them CSE. May be your MR got lost in the mail or something. I don't want to think so but I guess there is no harm in a CSE at this point. what say? |

Hello guys, I am really sorry for not showing up regularly but I will always read your PMs and reply asap. Ya i thot about that but six months have not passed since they received my application........... Nd ive kept a separate e-mail for immigration purpose Ive not given that to anyone....... Only 2 mails are there im my inbox...... one per nd the other Aor from New Delhi............. Waiting anxiously for the third one.......... |

Never mind even if it is less than six months. Why don't you please try once. They are definitely not going to flag you for an extra CSE. People send them all the time. |

I have applied for 3152 category in September 2011 ( rejected ) and am thinking to apply again in July this year.
I wanted to get my original documents back but it seems impossible.
Is anyone get your application package back after rejected??

Well, no one has a definite answer to your question. If your application was rejected at the completeness check, you should get your appn back. If your application was rejected at the eligibility review, it may not be possible for you to get your package back. Looks like your application was rejected due to cap reached. In this case, you should definitely get your package back. The maximum it would take is 4 months since they send by regular post. Check with your post office if there is a possibility. One of my application was returned when cap reached. I hope you get yours too. |

Thank you for your reply. Yes my application was rejected due to cap reached. I wrote a letter to CIO to request my original documents back, but one month later, I received an email from CIO and said "For all applications submitted to our office on or after 01 July 2011, please be advised that applications and supporting documents are part of the permanent record for a client and must remain on file. " I just felt it dosn't make sense as they want to keep them after rejected to process...but maybe no way to get them back... |

Yes you will get your packet back but it will take around 1-2 months after rejection as they send it via snail mail |
