But praying starts being fast OMG!  I am stuck with buffalo and I know what it is like to be with buffalo. Yes, they are sometimes moving files to New York, Seattle, Detroit and Los Angeles. A part of them are still being processed by buffalo. I recently heard that the BFD (file brought forward date) is 1 year from date of PER which means out files will not be touched for a year from the date we received our PER which sucks like hell. A lot of buffalo applicants have ordered caips notes and the inference is that, their BFDs are 1 year from PER. I wish it were not true but it looks very true to me. |

Please! Question... Those files transferred ... are they transfer from the beginning or while later?.. I know many being there for a while then transfrerred many months later.. But my question is if it is true that some are transferred right away as my lawyer says? |
