it was stamped on March 6, but just received in hand today due to the Customs strike here....
Wow!!!!! Nice feeling ..... End of stage 1, beginning of stage 2.... Landing preps....

What form is it referring to ..when it says "completed medical examination forms" and what photocopy of the passport "You should submit these to our office, along with a photocopy of the passport which was presented at the time of examination for each applicant."
For me, DMP didn't do anything on the passport. What photocopy it is refering too? Please let me know

Sorry for this but I have one last question: can you log in to ecas and if so what does it say?
I can't log into ecas as agent is dealing with it. She says until she receives a case file she will not be able to email LVO. According to some here though LVO don't issue an AOR they jump straight to medical request and fees. Can you enlighten me? I am worried as the process could take a lot longer than anticipated if my agent is correct. By the way she is very well established and we trust her. It is very kind of you to help. x |

Visa office is referring to IMM1017. DMP will provide you with a copy of this form with their stamp (a maple leaf) after your medicals.They wont mention the findings of the medical examination on it, instead it will have your details.What form is it referring to ..when it says "completed medical examination forms" and what photocopy of the passport "You should submit these to our office, along with a photocopy of the passport which was presented at the time of examination for each applicant."
Generally, you need to produce your valid passport in original to the DMP for medical examination and submit a photocopy at DMPs office.
Visa office wants you to submit a photocopy of the bio-data pages of your valid passport; i assume VO hasn't requested you to submit originals...Can1122

Dear Abhishek how was your CIIP session as i am also attending it in Chandigarh on 27 march. Do they start exactly at 8:45am? Do they provide breakfast/ lunch or you have to make your own arrangement?
