Thanks. It is just that the cook cap is at 429 already. I am not worried about the 10K anymore.
its 50/50. he just have to keep fingers crossed that cic doesnt have too much backlogs. |

Thanks. They updated the numbers after just 5 days and it only went up 15. I am wondering how they could have a backlog but I suppose it is possible. |

For those who are waiting just trust in God and be patient.

Guys if you can help......I am a sept applicant and received my per in end dec. Havent heard anything after that, any Sept applicant with same situation?
Also should email ndvo regarding any update or just wait?

Hello Buddys,
I wanted to discuss something as my application is taking so long for MR. One of the forum member he (kahiar) got MR on 30/01/2012 though his application was received on 23August'2011 and mine was 24th August2011. I am still waiting for MR. I am very much worried. Could you please share your knowledge and experience? What could be the reason for delays?

patience is just the word. visa offices are full of crap. i've been wating since last year for mine too. email them to know whats up on your file. |

I read somewhere on this thread that they are asking for Computer readable Passports for visa stamping. I don't know whether it's true or not.
Yep that is truth I have heard from one of my hi-hello friend too..When anyone is out from the native country and in the country where embassy is not so big..! they do give manual passports but after returning home one must make it computer readable passport...This is the rule in India..!! I had met that friend who was working in Afghanistan and his passport got lost, so Indian embassy in Afghanistan issued him a manual passport and when he came back to India on vacations he had to make it computer readable passport ASAP as for new visa it was must for him |

u can buy a new if u want depending on your budget, couple of things u should have in mind cos u'll just get landed. try get a certified used for now.
