i was filling up form Schedule A Background / Declaration for myself. i have a couple of doubts..

1. question no 5 : personal details of your mother - Family Name at Birth and Given Names - my doubt is, is this the name as specified on my mothers birth certificate. my fathers name will not be included in the first name right.

2. question no 7 : Education - in India Primary education will be 4 years and Secondary education will be 6 years right? Also can we count anything for distance education. i am doing distance mba since dec - 2010. also my wife has done bcom (fulltime 5 years) and mcom part 1 as distance (1 year) and now doing CA final. what are the years that i can show in the education question.

i hope i get some answer.

46 kg per person is unbelievable bro.. are u sure. and is it economy class?

They have this special rule only for transatlantic flights. But don't forget that it's not 46kg, it's 23 + 23, you can't carry one 30kg bag + 16kg for example.

This the main point of the 10000 quota after all (finish the batch and have time to work on older files to reduce the backlog)

 @ abhishek..oh ok...that means the only assurance of the PP having gotten delivered is the courier company confirmation...right..But a friend who had his PP delivered according to the Courier firm,,has actually not had his PP delivered.He got a call from CHC on the 15th asking him to send them his passport as his deadline is approachong...the company says it was delivered on the 23rd of Feb. to the CHC..what do u think happened...

bhai 2 baggage allowed and each baggage should nt weight more than 23 kgs. but bro is it specified that total checked in luggage limit is 46 kg's

actually there are separate teams for everything at NDVO. the person who calls for the passport and the person who receive mails and the person who put them in the file are totally different...

so it must be there. and do one thing ask the courier company to send you proof of delivery, it should have the signed by guard and receiving stamp and send the same to CHC...

  allow me to get involved with u in this thread, i hope someone can advise me on my situation,

My NOC is 7242, sent my application on 21 December 2011 to CIO sydeny, I also live in Abu dhabi,UAE,so my visa office is LONDON. i was surprised to get PER from CIO on 24 Feb 2012,becuz my job title and description doestn match perfectly although there are rules that perfectly match,also I sent copies of my work experience and academic degrees,not to mention the the PCC of my wife which shows an incorrect date of birth....anyhow....since i passed the CIO screen and I am afraid that lvo might reject my case,becus of the copies and wrong pcc of my wife....till now i didnt receive any mail or email from lvo, so would u advise if i resend a true copies of my work experience and degrees also corrected pcc to lvo even though they didnt issue me 2AOR so far or wait till they ask me to update......or shall i send them a specific case inquiry with my UCI from CIO.

one more issue, my current bank account got below the minimun required fund althogh when i sent my documents it was above that limit,so now shall i resend along with the true copies a new bank statement of me,the principal applicant and my wife`s bank statement whom she is accompaning me to canada insha ALLAH.

They are right, don't send any document or send any email at the moment, the ball is in their court, you've done your bit no matter what.
