I hope my understanding is not true .............. but I fear that MI3 applications are not on LVO's priority list at the moment. Of course a few cases here and there would see some movement but majority of us have not heard any progress and the below reply is worrying.
This is a reply to one of the applicants from pakistan on his case specific enquiry. Please see red highlighted informaton.
Please note we anticipate completing the review of M1 files submitted between February 27, 2008 and June 25, 2010 by June 2012.

Well this is certainly very good news for old applicants and they do deserve to see this light, however, it may also mean that after MI1 they will put MI2 on priority and then finaly MI3. I am dissapointed that this process does not seem to be as fast as I presumed.

Dear My Knowledge says... In international flights... 20kgs is the maximum per pax in Economy Class and 40 kgs in Business class..
sometimes, International flight's attendants allows to carry a bit above specified limits..but it should be a bit...
bhai i generally carry 30+10 kg when i used to travel from india-london or viceversa |

Anything between 60 days to 90 days from the time they rcv your application package at CIO Sydney. |

Hi abhishek in my case I only sent latest passport as vo asked for valid passport they did not ask my or my son old passport.will it create pbm.
no there wont be any problem, but they might ask for old passport as well as they want to check the travvel history if any.. the only thing that can happen is it can delay ur process for 15-30 days... otherwise no problem |

Don't forget that few LVOers have posted some updates this week. This the main point of the 10000 quota after all (finish the batch and have time to work on older files to reduce the backlog) |
