Ok, if you tell me that my posting is very harsh and it hurted your feelings also, then there are only two things I can do now to fix it.
1. Delete the whole posting and leave no trace of it on your request.
2. Withdraw myself from this forum in order to remove the problem maker!

hey guys, received my MR/PPR/RPRF/PCC this morning. admin (nkkd?), would appreciate if you could update the spreadsheet, thanks!
some additional details:
1) They have given me till May 3rd to submit my documents.
2) The medical instructions say that they only apply for those residing in India, Nepal or Bhutan. It says that if you reside outside of these countries, you have to contact CIC for separate instruction forms, which I'll be doing since I reside in Toronto
3) I know some ppl have been asking questions re: submission of passport since India does not allow passports to be couriered in or out. There is no info provided in these forms for such a situation, so this is again something that I'll be contacting CIC regarding.
relieved to get the MR etc - not quite sure what causes the variability in processing time.

Thanks NKKD...who knows what they think and do!!! They have given me a receipt for collection on 22nd April but I will try my luck tomorrow anyway. I am not too far from them. Will spend the lunch hour in travelling to LVO  I hope they sort all LVO cases quickly as well..... I think you wanted to say 22nd March? Anyways, if they are so close by, there is no harm in knocking at their door. You are merely taking a chance. Good luck dear! Will anxiously wait for your post tomorrow. |

I have no business in this forum other than to sharing in your Joy. Do you know that apart from our Mission to our dream Country,our vision is also to have friends and families we can call ours.
An adage has it that Winners have been friends while losers have numerous foes. I want you to see it in a friend perspective and not Our Mission perspective. We eat *censored word*,just to be a wife,keep our Children and maintain our home. As a good friend of Ravi,i suggest that you ought to have corrected with love and not to expose/aid his enemies to eat him up.
We all understand good interpersonal skills,those where absence in your post. I could remember our Queen writing Abhi to look into Translation but she never exposed him to danger.
In addition,i know that it was Now's way of treating issues that attracted her to you as your 'Lady Now'(as you fondly call her). On the other hand she returned it by calling you 'My only Favourite Stranger'. Also,knowing fully well her likings/love to YH,you extended this love to YH which she returned instantly. Am sure of your love for Ravi but what baffleS me was your crying out loud. It takes too to tango but you have shown love to all those in order to be a Stranger no more.
Moreso, if I may ask,if your mission to this thread is to obtain and share information about your application,i would tell you then that you don't need Lucky's number. Meeting people can take a blink of an eye but knowing them would take a lifetime.
If you are here,and left the way you came without positive influence then you are a complete stranger but if the reverse is the case you will Become Friend4ever.
Therefore,your life in Canada will be more beautiful when you look up/forward to a better life in Canada crowned with meeting faces behind those funky names.

Greetings from Toronto! Thanks my dear RKC for the announcement. I was actually relieved that it has stopped snowing here because... guess what?... I accidentally left my winter coat in the car on my way to the airport! hahaha.
I have already settled in. Yesterday, after a quick 10-minute shower I was already in the subway on my way to downtown. I went to the CN tower, university of Toronto, Chinatown, and the Eaton Centre to buy a..... coat! It is still very cold especially when the wind blows. I had my first Tim Horton's cup of coffee at the branch outside Ryerson university.
See you all here. It's not an intimidating place. There are lots of asians. It's really a muticultural society that you will find in this place.
It's 4:30 am here. gotta sleep first. good night!
oh btw, i just want to say, the immig process when you land is like 5 minutes and then you are out the door with your signed confirmation of permanent residency.
Very well deserved residency. Many many many many many congrats upon a successful and smooth landing. have fun n enjoy. and it'll be great if you narrate these five minutes story. we want to know and enjoy Thanks in advance.  |

Hey folks...I never meant to be away forever...I never said I would be away. I was a bit tied up today with some promotions work that has been screaming for my attention (some of you know about it). Forum is a time consuming thing so I consciously kept away. I have been thru ups and downs in my life like many cannot even imagine but I have always maintained 3 things in my life: My relationships / friendships My laughter and free spirit My love for peace and harmony My father taught me all along that my religion is "Humanity" and that's another thing I live by. I would give anything to preserve these in my life. I am so sorry if I made any of you feel like I want to be away. I can't stay away from this forum as I have made some of my closest friends here and it's become my extended family now.
