Just to let you guys know, my application was received by cio on 11th july(1122) and I just got back a reply from Cic that my application was returned as cap has reached.

Its all fake. When CIC return file they give file no. and the matter is also different in other formate.
I think you are not willing to accept at any cost until you get your e-mail. I am not trying to create panic. But CIC is not such an irresponsible to send such wrong e-mails to three persons so far with same wording that CAP reached????so your package is returned and whenever package is returned after CAP reached there is no file no. File no. is given when there is completeness check. I hope that this might not be the fate for every1 but these three e-mails are telling some horrible picture so far. Let's hope for the best. If a door is closed hundreds are opened. So not to be worried...that that's it........... |

man its not fake, they never give any number, moreover if they encash your cc, they mention it in letter that fee which they credited will be again deposited your cc account in 21 days. i was thinking that this noc will reach the cap on 11th or 12th july , but no one here was believe me that time , the cap reached on 8th july . more than 3000 applicants were waiting for july 1, 2011 and they filed their application in last week of june so cap is reached just in 4 working days. |

this is the exact format: word to word... Dear Sir/Madam, Please be advised that your application was returned with all attachments on *******as the cap of NOC **** has been reached. Please note: all returned applications are sent via regular mail to the mailing address as entered on the application form. There is no tracking number. Once the application is mailed, its delivery is the responsibility of the postal service. Thank you for your interest in Canada. D.A. |
