i have a question to know...........when i applied for the first time i submitted my passport and there was my travelling information as we need to include that in our fsw form........now i got my application back due to cap reach.........nd i have made a new passport..........nd there is no travelling information as i didnt visit any country.........my questions are-

1.when i will apply again should i submitt both of old nd new passport photocopy??

2.as i didnt visit any country after getting my new passport shouldn't i include my old travelling information??

for information i got uci number from cic..........
You don't need to send copy of your old passport just the new passport but you have to include all the traveling information it doesn't matter if it was on your old passport.
what should i do now??

Hello Friends,

The government is thinking of an option of erasing immigration backlog. http://www.cbc.ca/news/politics/story/2012/03/07/pol-immigration-backlog-kenney.html

I know it will fasting the process of those applying now, but do you guys think it right to dash the hope of those who have applied for years and have high hope that one day their case will be treated.

Though the erasing is not the only option. There was an option of ruling out New Zealand methods, mining.

Please contribute.

Cheers

I have received MR yesterday, my home country is Pakistan but I live in Saudi Arabia.

I have already submitted pakistan PCC with the application, in the letter which they sent me its written that "if you have already submitted the PCC with the application you need to provide the updated PCC if you have lived in any country since you have submitted the application." and under this statement they have hand written "Pakistan & Saudi Arabia"

so do I need to provide the new PCC from Pakistan because I didnt live in Pakistan for six month since I submitted the application I went for vacation only for 2 weeks.

Please advice

Congratulation my dear.

I don't think so, since you haven't lived in Pakistan for 6month or more as stipulated in the requirement.

But to have a clearer view I would suggest you send a case specific mail for clarification from the horses mount.

I hope this will help your question.

Cheersssssssssssss...

Where were u so long ?
Thanks so much, hope u and ur family r doin good Smiley Smiley Smiley Smiley.

I have been seriously caught up these past few days. And once I log into the Forum I seem to want to spend endless time. So I haven't had the luxury of so much time lately. I miss you guys very much while I am away though.

We are doing good. Thank you Markho. Waiting for our passports to arrive. Do you suppose NDVO uses speed post to send in our passports? Or courier?
