Dear Westpoint,
In my first application, I got NER due to not complete job description. But at that time on NOV 14,2011 CIC encashed my CC. Normally when did they refund my money to me or did they never refund money? Please let me know. Thanks.

hi Myat, same case with me, cc encashed too. in my case, i had an agency back then and when i inquired with CIO when they will refund my moolah, they responded by saying it had been returned a week after i got NER  NER was March 11, 2011, refunded on 17th of March. But then my agent lied. Gimme my moolah back May already when i told them Im going to sue them heheehh if they dont gimmme my fee back... cc payment takes only abt a week compared to when u pay using bd/dd... u still havent got urs? |

NKKD Horton its nice to see u back in this forum...thanx for ur help and support towards me in filling my second applicationnfor which i got PER(ALHAMDOLILAH)...regarding money refund after NER i wanted to share that CIC refund money even after NER..my personal experience..:p
I have also re-apply after NER with photocopy of IELTS attached with NER Letter Have you also sent copy of IELTS with ur new application plz let me know I am worried about my application  |

Hi friends
Please help me! I need a sincere advice here .. It has almost been 2 months now since I submitted my passports and RPRF to NDVO. I have been on temporary work permit in Canada and I came here to get the Medicals and stamping done and I have to go back as soon as I get my passports. My Medicals were done on 11th jan and the status was updated to medical received on 5th feb and the same day my DD was encashed. Almost everyone who was in queue after me has got the DM. Do you think there is some problem? I just had a talk with AVSNEH and he asked me to make a personal visit to NDVO. What do you guys think? Do they entertain personal meets or shud I send a case spesific enquiry ?

difficult situation...  I would say put a case specific enquiry immediately and make is very clear you are looking forward to getting visa stamped and you are in India for last 2 months due to this. It will take about 2 weeks to get a response. Given that your RPRF is encashed it is liekly that within 2 weeks you might get a visa aswell  If you can go to NDVO and meet them in person and explain.. nothing like that. Not sure if NDVO allows, but if they do.. that is great. |

I'v sent a query to LVO and they replied to me today the normal reply that the file was received by them and nothing requested from me now and i have to wait till the next step.
does this mean that i will be expecting Medicals Soon ?
ALSO, Does the ECAS changes To RBVO for London VO applicants ?

Dear West Point, Yes, I still have not get back my refund from CIC, as they encashed my CC on Nov-15 2011 and they issue NER on 21st-NOV 2011. May be i should email to CIC and ask about the status. It happened with me also as cic didn't t accept my responsibilties but it took 5 months for me to get back the money. As my agent keep saying they haven t received any refund.
