Team,
I got NER just few minutes bfore... they have only consider my experience in NOC which i have applied. They do not consider my other 6 years of experience as a Project Manager......... They have assigned UCI and Application numbers also.........
Now i want to reapply with some additional evidence of my 6 years work so for that I have to wait for my Docs to be return or can i applied with another set of Docs with xerox copy of IELTS....
Want some advice.......
yes u reapply, gather new sets of dox (dont wait for ur returned one), a photocopy of ielts will be fine as long as u include ur ner letter from cio (in that way, CIO will become aware that ur original ielts copy is already with them, so a xerox one will suffice)....work on ur jd, all applied nocs should have job descriptions aside from supporting documents like payslips, dtr, tax record, coe, photos (if available)... |

Hi all forumites,
Just saw couple posts saying that they have got Maple leaf. Thats awful news. Many a congrats to all those who have got this good news. And all the very best for your future in Canada. Good luck.
Now I want to share a news with you my friends.
Today I have got my ecas changed to Decision Made, and inside is " A decision has been made and our office will inform you......"
and then i checked my e-mail. And it has passport request Step-1. In which LVO has asked me to send photocopies of passports to LVO and then within 6 weeks after receiving copies i'll be asked to send Passports to Isalamabad Office for Visa. Hurray!... I was thinking that i'll receive this e-mail afetr 15th March. But it came today unexpectedly. I am so happy.
And I wish that good news come to all those who are waiting ...I feel every1 here deserve good news. All the best again to all.

hello friendssssssss I got visa today............it looks soooooo good on my pp......I chacked somany times and still want to check again and again.......one more thing they sent my IELTS result along with my experience certificate....

Are you sure about the money-part?
EG7 states on page 53, that a refund will be made if the application does not quality unter the Ministerial Instructions (NOC).
Once the NOC is confirmed, but the application is not admissable due to insufficiant points, there is no refund.
They will refund the money even after putting the application in process |

I am sorry about your NER. What do you mean by additional evidence? Did you not send your Project Manager job duties and details earlier? You will not get your docs or moeny back for an NER. Only an incomplete/cap reached application will be returned back. xerox copy of IELTS is sufficient. Attach the NER letter with the IELTS copy so as to say that they hold the original with them. This is acceptable.

CIO refunds money as long as ur application was not placed "IN PROCESS"...f it was just some eligibility review, u'd still have it after getting NER |
