These canadians are highly unpredictable, are capable of doing any nonsense activity. We all agree the cap as per their own website reached on 22nd august. This is criminal on their part to keep playing with the sentiments of poor applicants showing them the false hopes of light.

but then how come RKC got reply from cic that his application is awaiting review. his bd too is not yet charge.
i still have a hope that cic had made some mistake in case of priyavig. i dont think cic are that stupid to keep getting applications for 45 days even if the cap is filled.

Yes. Possible. We have to think logically. In 2010, 1000 applications were received by CIC and cut off date was 28th Oct 2010 and cap closed on Nov 2nd or 3rd acoording to some members in the forum. Which means 1000 in four months. At that rate, at least 3000 people had been waiting to apply by July 1st 2011. And as David Cohen said- only the quickest and most organized will make it this time. Am really sorry  but still don't understand Jason123 . |

Guys lets do one thing. let us all send an email to cic inquiring about our application status. 6 weeks completed or not...lets just send email to cic.

Because RKC's was the 499th applicant as simple as that...The current process of CIC is like that .. they have a mail room where they dump all the applications only to be sent back when the CAP is reached... |

guys, I don't know what kind of a dreamland we are looking for in that country,and what's happening now a good proof that these people in cic they don't have any scence of respect or appreciation of all these efforts we put in our applications preparation...all I want is to get the passport for my kids for a better education and I will get back home... Backlog of 45 days this is unbelievable |
