Dear Friends,
Can you please answer me on the following :
1- if the PER received - is there any chance that the VO will reject the Application because Cap Reached ?
2- if the PER Received, does this means that the 67 points has been passed or the VO will do this ?

hi mohammad... once you get PER from CIC, sydney..than there is no possibility of rejection from VO as far as passing points are concerned..... If your documents and evidance on the basis of which you have claim the points are correct and satisfctry...and you are through to medical and security check....than nmo chances for rejection..... all the best and take care......  |

Yes mohammad , it means that your have made it to the cap and it also means you score more or equal to 67 points.. PER itself means positive eligibility review and that is done only if you r in the cap  so enjoy this success for now how long it will take from London Office to contact me and how i will know if they receive my application ? i understand that there is no exact timeline for this but if I received my PER on 02/02/2012, does it mean that the VO has received my file or not yet Thanks |

Once your file is received by the visa office, they send you AOR ( acknowledgement of receipt) and that generally happens from 20 days to upto 2 months after the PER depending upon the number of applications for that particular VO as the file transfer is done in batches .. |

London Visa office does not send second AOR, u will staright away get medicals req, but London is very slow as of now |

My DD was encashed on 7th feb, two days after the medical received line was added.. I just hope we all get visas soon !! |
