Following is the Case History of my application.



Applied: 4-06-2009

Received in Sedny: 11-06-2009

DD Encashed: 12-07-2009

AOR: 05-08-2009

Doc Sent: 26-10-2009

Online Status Changed to "Received by Visa Office": 23-11-2009

2nd AOR: 2-12-2009

File transfer to London: 30-06-2010

Updated Documents including Fee to add Spouse sent: 26-01-2012

DD Encashed: 16-02-2012

CAIPS Applied 2nd time: 23-02-2012

My Two contact numbers are mentioned on e-case status one mobile number and 2nd Landline number. My Landline number is written incorrect on e-case status and also on AOR envelop received from CHC, i also submitted more then 3 emails and also letters to CHC for the correction of Landline number but its still incorrect,But when My first CAIPS issued on 4th April 2010 in CAIPS file it was written correct.

please suggest should i again send case specific inquiry for rectification of Landline number and asking the current developments in my case as allot of applicants of my timelines got response from CHC or should i wait?

i am still having status In Process with RBVO inside.

Yes, they will accept DELF scores.

NKKD, I'm sorry but I have to contradict your statement.

Since 05 December 2012 even Quebec doesn't accept DELF exam. Only TEF / TEFAQ.
For Federal Skill workers program only TEF. The info is posted on cic website!

Yes Madhu , I got the medical received line added on 5th February..

I had sent my passport on 16th feb and got medicals received line on 25th feb..!!

this process totally confuses me guys...!! There are no such rules of the game..!!

anything can happen at any time..!!  

But I deeply wish that all things end up in Positive results for all....!!!
Amen.!

By the way guys I came across one my friend's friend's friend who was cheated by a crooked consultant and he had applied under 3131 category and his file reached to sydeny in second week of July but his file was rejected and the agent was giving him false reasons like...
This time there are many files from India so they won't accept more files even though the quota is still open..!!
So his application is back..I suggested that fellow to join this forum to avoid such cheaters in future.

hello Rahul ,

my agent told me that the last PPR that they received for their MI3 applicants was last Feb 2,2012..

so I guess, Cem didnt issued any PPR's for MI3 applicants other than that date..

They focused on sending PPRs for MI2 applicants..

maybe they will issue another set of pprs for MI3 applicants this march 2012 on a single date again,
lets pray that they will be generous enough in sending pprs for MI3 applicants this March

Absolutely Jiji...I pray for the same ..Hope we get ours on 2nd Mar and at the latest 5th Mar condsidering the leap year . That is exactly a month from the last 2nd feb date that they chose to oblige MI3 applicants....Really wishing for the best for all....GOD BLESS

Dont worry buddy.. It will be delivered. Even DHL and similar courier websites have a few hours delay. Also thre is a Sort facility, Processing facility and then final destination. Just wait for a day and keep tracking..It will be delivered soon. All the very best

Thanks BigO. I actually checked with the bank and they confirmed encashment on the 13th Feb of the Managers checks.

Skilled Workers and Professionals - Selection Factor: Language
 
Language testing

 You must provide proof of language proficiency by taking a language test from an agency designated by CIC. With your test results, you will be able to see exactly how many points you will receive for the language selection factor.

You must
•Make arrangements for testing by a CIC-designated agency. You will have to pay the costs.
•Include the results of your test with your immigration application.

Note: If you do not include your test results with your application, it will not be processed and will be returned to you.

Do not request that your language test result be sent directly to the Centralized Intake Office. Submit your original test result with your complete application.

What happens next
•You can use the equivalency charts to see exactly how many points you will earn based on your test results.
•The test results will be used by CIC as conclusive proof of your language proficiency.
•You can use language test results for two years from the time you took the test.

Designated language tests

You can arrange to take a language test from any of the following designated agencies.

English
•IELTS: International English Language Testing System

Note: IELTS has two options for the reading and writing tests: “General Training” and “Academic.” You must take the “General Training” option.
•CELPIP: Canadian English Language Proficiency Index Program

Note: CELPIP has two tests: "CELPIP-General (CELPIP-G)" and "CELPIP-Academic (CELPIP-A)." You must take the "CELPIP-G" test.

French
•TEF: Test d'évaluation de français


Note: You must submit results from the following TEF tests as proof of your French language proficiency:

I GOT MR EMAIL FROM NDVO ON 8th feb
got medical appointment on 11th feb
and sent my documents and everything on 16th feb
NDVO received it on 17th feb..
got "medicals received" in e-cas on 26th feb...!!

Does anybody know or have recieved a payment confirmation of RPRF fees . how many days they generally take to encash the DD after recieving the medicals?
