  it is really cart pulling speed. what these cio staff are doing with our application? really clueless.
this many days to charge our cc/bd? they will take more than 1 whole year to despatch out PER.

As it was quoted in this forum before, have they really changed the process ? Have they merged the completeness check and eligibility review?
