friends there are possibilities that I may have to change my destination from the place which is mentioned in the file...!!!
So could be there any trouble because of this..? Embarrassed Embarrassed Embarrassed Embarrassed

Hey there.

I also changed my destination from where I applied for the immigration. However, my file had the postal address of the other country ( my permanent residence ) and I recieved my MR at the postal address. I think its no problem. You just need to update your VO of your address change.

The only problem may be at the time of PPR where you may need to travel back to the country of your visa office to get the passport stamped and also you will need to check with the VO if they will courier your passport to a local address back in the country of your application.

I have already posted a CSE for the same to Manila VO and lets see what  respone I get. I will certainly share the same.

Hi everyone,

The last 2 weeks have been a very busy week for me. But finally Im done with our medicals and finally done yesterday with the submission (what a relief) of our NBI, PCC, and our med results are on its way (well, hopefully Smiley) to cem...done with rprf too and as confirmed by the cem's office it has been negotiated Grin Thank God Grin

I would like to thank the rest of the forum family members for their gracious, untiring and selfless responses to inquiries, you shall be greatly, magnanimously and richly rewarded.

this is the advantage of applying under the FSW over the provincial nominee program, YOU can land anywhere in Canada (except Quebec i think? hmmm, this Quebec am not sure Grin, bec from what I know, it has a diff program)...

I hope this lil bit of info helps you stop from wondering Roll Eyes hehe

Hi Westpoint.. Good luck !!

Actually I wanted to ask you how did you know that your rprf draft has been encashed / negotiated. Did you send a Case specific enquiry to CEM or did you call them and aksed with the number in your hand.. How did you do that! Actually, I have to check mine also. Any response will be greatly appreciated.

Dear members

Today i got my PER.Can anyone tell me How can i get the PCC from INDIA(Delhi)

Thanks

Basically you have two options:

1. Go online at www. passportindia.gov.in
2. register there
3. Apply online for a PCC
4. Fill up the 6 or so steps
5. Follow the instructions.

At PSK, you can get the certificate the same day.

Option no. 2

1.Go to your local police station
2.Fill up a form for PCC
3.pay some fess and if needed some extra
4.Make sure you tell the person at the desk to kindly make the netry on the register
5.wait for the request to reach the dispatch clerk
6.Wait for the Police verification
7.Make sure you pay something if asked to the verification officer
8.Pray that your verification report goes well and timely
9.Enquire with the dispatch clerk if the verification report is recieved
10.Follow up next week if the final request has been sent to Crime Branch at Kamla Nagar
11.Follow up again and ask if the report has been recieved from Kamla Nagar
12.After 10 days, again followup if the PCC has reached the office of ACP of the zone depending where you live in Delhi
13.Pray that it reaches him timely and he is not on leave / out of office
14.Follow up again and see if the ACP has signed the police certificates
15.Call up the dispatch clerk or go in person to check if that has been signed
16.Collect it.

I went for option no.  as I was ignorant and did not consult anybody on this forum only to know tis when my friend abhisheekgoel got his the same day and then double checked for the same and found out that I was .....well, All the best buddy!

Nice to hear from you dude. finally you sent it, i also sent the updated POF almost 20 days back, and NDVO  didn't ask for my PCC, as i haven't sent at the time of initial application.
I think Vnca also sent the required documents.
now there is no idea how much we have to wait?? as we had noticed there are lot of LUCKY  people from NDVO those who received their MR/PPR/RPRF IN 18-25  days after their AOR.

if you have any idea abt our much awaited medicals  please let me know.

Do the immigration authorities accept DELF exam scores for evaluating language efficiency of 2nd official language?

I have recently appeared for DELF A1 exam and I am quiet confident of passing with good results Smiley
