Hey All,

Now, real waiting game has begun in my life... I have submitted mine, my spouse and my son's Medical proof / PCC/ PP / RPRF on 24th FEb'12 which reaches NDVO on 25th Feb'12. One day prior to my final date of submission (26th Feb'12)..... Now, Praying to almighty, everything should go as smooth as sketting on Ice lake, and as fast as "Rajanikant's Sprint" hahahahahh...

All the very best to those who are about to step ahead in their respective process.... !!

any MI3 applicants here who had their medical results received in eCas last week of January 2012 and first week of February 2012? any idea of when will MVO released another ppr's for mi3 applicants? are we still on the priority timeline of mvo..we sent our apps for july 2011............ sorry..my anxiety is going up ..as july 2012 is about to come soon..

One more update

I have just received my passports back with a beautiful Maple Leaf Visa on them....

I am going to Canada
Passports were received in LVO on 3rd of Feb, and Visa Stamped on the 10th and then sent back to Canadian Embassy in Abu Dhabi. Tracking record shows that it was dispatched on the 23rd of Feb and I received it today via Aramex (3 days for a local delivery because of the week end).

cash in hand job is illegal as you dont pay tax on that
and if you go as a doctor and do job as a onion cutter. would canada keep u there with love? they wanted doctor and thts why they gave u visa , didnt want onion cutter for sure. 

It's not like you can come as a doctor and start working as a doctor next day, may be it works for people from certain countries, but most will have to spend years studying and passing exams before they will be allowed to practice medicine.

TO LONDON VISA OFFICE AND THEY TRACKING SHOWS THEY RECIEVED MY MEDICALS ON 12 FEB AND OTHER REQUIRED DOCS PCC/RPRF ON 13 FEB,,,I SENT THEM AT THE ADRESS ENCLOSED IN THE ENVELOP ASA RETURN ADRESS.
 I HOPE MEDICAL RECIEVED LINE MAY BE ADDED BY TOMORROW AS THE FISRT WORKING DAY....

Why passport copy first and then original? U did not send the copy of your passport with the application?

Anyhow, I see some movement in London VO and is a good sign for you guys....
I'm positive you will get your Maple Leaf Visa sooner than 3 months.

I try to be optimistic on my end also, but sometime, is hard to overcome total silence....turned to ignorance...

Because for Pakistani applicants its the procedure. that passports are asked in two steps. 1st step is copy of passport. and 2nd is original passport for visa stamping.

And i am hopeful you will have your MR in March,God willing. Good luck

Dear Friends

I really need yourhelp. Below is my detailed time line

Sept 30,2011 : Applicatione Filed
Dec 23,2011 : PER received
Category:FSW2

My lawyer and i had some communication issues and eventually we decided that he withdraws as a representative. This was decided in early feb and later in Mid Feb i did sent a letter for  withdrawal of representative to NDVO to which they replied last week that my query has been passed on to the appropriate section.

This week i did also got a divorce letter, and i am planning to email a copy of it to NDVO.

Now as per my communication with my lawyer, he will no longer  forward   me any info(from the start of feb) even if  NDVO have send them any email or letter , reason being that he has withdrawn and i should communicate directly with Consulate. Now i am not sure wether NDVO has sent any update on my case to my lawyer.

Please advice if i  should call or email NDVO and ask for any update on my case, or just stay silent and wait .My e-cas still shows in process.

I am also MI3 applicant from Manila VO and my Ecas status changed to Medical Results have been recieved on the 17th Feb. I am also eagerly waiting for my PPR but may be you get yours first. Well, better yet, we both get ours pretty soon.  I think the normal timeframe to release the PPR is within 2-3 weeks of the ecas line updated. I applied in MVO but presently in India. So may be they'll need to do the security checks from both the countries and that might take some more time ( I hope it will not ). I have also heard that from the time, the Medical request is sent, they also start the security check process and that is a time consuming process.

In case, yours is only one country i,e Philippines, it should be fairly soon.

5th Feb was a Sunday and three full working weeks have passed. Today is the first day of the fourth working week. I wish it comes for you this week.

what do you mean by security check? is it different from the background check? cause I thought once you have a medical notice,the visa is already done with background check.. are you referring to a police certificate ? random checking after medical issuance is being done by the VO..but its a rare case..its like 10 out of 100 cases once the medical stage is done..anyways,. according to the timeline of ginapie,etc.. they received their ppr after 5 weeks from the date of their med received in EcAS.. but their is also another case of hunhun, he is also a MI3 applicant..His med result received date was updated on ECas on January 16 but until now, the CEM haven't issued a PPR yet..we noticed that CEM has issued a lot of PPR for February but it was for mi2 applicants.. Lets pray that CEM will also focus on sending PPR's for Mi3 applicants this coming MARCH 2012..

Hi Jiji,

Yes there are two kinds pof checks. One is called the background check and other is called the security check. From my understanding, the background checks are done before the Medicals are issued .At the time of transfer of file/aor . Security checks are initiated once the rquest for Medicals is being sent and in some cases when the reults are recieved. Police Certificates is a completely different thing. Hope it helps.

Again, PPR is very case to case specific. If all is good, PPR will come timely. For alaindotcom, I believe his medical results recieved line was reflected on the 16th Jan and he got the PPR on 2nd Feb. So i Guess its relly a no pattern thing.

All said, I really wish that we get ours in March

I have got that additional line "medicals received" three days back..!!

I don't think New delhi visa office have to worry much about my security checks..
as never crossed Indian border and not even killed an ant too...!! as a pure vegan..!!

SO I say 3 days back was ..hmmmmm...24th feb. I will say between 3rd and last week of March. Thats an honest guess.
