I have recieved my medicals on 17 feb and today a line added in ecas status. We start processing ur application on 16 feb.

I applied for PR on 10th October 2011 and file reached CIO on 18th October 2012.

I received AOR+PER on 12/01/2012. My current e cas is showing as IN PROCESS 

The meaning of In Process explained in the site is “Based on review of your complete application package, it has been determined that your application is eligible for processing.
Processing has begun.

When I click on In Process, ONLY ONE the message is showing that is “We received your application for permanent residence on 18/10/2011”

What I need to understand from this: My file reached Visa office in London and they started processing

Or 

Still my application is with CIO

I am eagerly waiting to receive a reply

Pls explain

Hello Joseph / Unni,

LVO does not send an AOR. You will directly rcv your MR.

From the Spreadsheet you will find that LVO applicants from July and August have not rcvd MR yet. So your wait is going to be a bit longer.

Trust this clarifies your doubt.

Dear friends,
I have already written My application was rejected because I scored 65 points only. I do believe the officer was wrong. My PhD was not assessed because the officer was non satisfied with documents provided. As you know Masters and PhDs get 25 points. I showed 19 years full-time education (11 years school, 5 years - university (specialist diploma) and 3 years - post graduate course. I have provided certified translated copy of state issued PhD diploma. What else could I send to the office? Any experience from Russian PhDs? It seems I missed Master degree level to get PhD one. That is why  he refused my level. But I surely heve level higher then Bachelor, at least Master.
So, now I am waiting for letter from CIC. And I still have some question on my case.Can I appeal to court? Or it is better to apply new application with additional documents at next time? What can you advise me? I am especially interested in Russian applicants experiense.

The last line that you are going to see soon on your e-cas  update, will be " Application Complete "

I'm also busy with my office work and have little time to spend on line, but I'm checking from time to time,
how my dearest friends are doing.
Bucharest VO is in a coma this begining year ... and I hope is only temporary.

My Consultant Called me today and informed they have got My MR on Wednesday 15 - Feb - 2012.

WOW lucky, you were sitting on such great news!!! I had a dream a few nights ago where you were holding some papers in your hand and on asking you said that it was your PPR!!! Your news means that LVO is probably coming out of its stupor. Congrats and good luck.

Pratik333...this is indeed a terrible situation to be in. In my opinion, the first thing you must do is to cancel your representative formally. There is a form that you need to fill and send. Send it to CIC as well as NDVO.

Next contact NDVO and CIC over phone. Send them a mail as well, if you haven't already. But don't wait for responses to take further action. Get in touch with them over phone in the meanwhile. Tell them of your situation. I have heard that they are very sympathetic and considerate about issues that applicants face because of the carelessness of the agents / consultants.

You say that you are planning to come to India. If I were you, I would prepone the trip and visit NDVO personally if required (if things don't get sorted out over phone).

You will have time for medicals, I believe. I rcvd my MR on 8th Feb and my deadline is 28th March. But do you have your PCC ready? If you don't please initiate work on that IMMEDIATELY. That's very time consuming.
