Oh Shibu...I'm sorry. I have no clue about 2004 application processing times. But there are a lot of members who would know about it. So I'd advice you to post a general query in the forum, and I'm sure you'll get a response. Good luck Please let me clear.My first appl. was 2004. Now I reapply under NOC7216 in Dec.2011.But myecas is showing the status of both appl.I did not get PER.But my ecas is showing IP inside with we received your appl. fo PR on ....Jan.2012.What does it mean? |

Shibu...this is perfectly normal. This is exactly what we all saw when we could log in to our ECAS. Infact we could log in to ECAS only "after" we got PER. But you are able to log in with your earlier application number right? Your second application looks well in process and within timelines. You may expect your PER my March 2012 for your new application. Your first one, like I had mentioned I have no clue about it. You will get your Visa thru the new application much faster. Your first application will still show up ECAS though. At some point of time (during PER or MR) they will ask you if you would still like to hold on to the old one or progress with the new one. Make your choice at that point of time. Untill then just ignore it. Trust I have answered your query to your satisfaction. Cheers |

Dear Shibu, I posted an earlier quote to you, with a detailed explanation buddy! It means that your second application is taken into consideration also and that you sould hear back from CIO with a PER/NER response in about 60-90 days, maybe even sooner....patience will bring good news for you this year..! |

LVO replied saying 'Your application is waiting to be reviewed by an immigration officer. No further action is required by you at this time.'
They previously said 'Your documents have been received and placed on file. No further action is required by you at this time.'
What does this mean? Am I going to get MR soon?
Does anyone have any experience regarding this? Please share your experience.
