Now question is did our application exceed normal times.. I am not at all sure.

hi everyone with all ur good wishes today i got my MR directly without receiving 2nd AOR. my BIGGGGGGG thanx to all members of this forum. i from my heart thanx people who guided me thru this process . i will pray 2 god for all those who r waiting for their PER n MR. god is doing best for everyone.

The website says 12+ months so its very vague. But since October applicants have started receiving MR i think ours is certainly late.

Hi Abhi...

Did you get anything other than Reciept of yoru medical payment from yoru DMP?? Like form or something?? Because When I asked my Dr. sje said they will directly send the reports to embassy no need to give you the copy of reports.....I told them that its written on a letter that I have to send the copy of medical form to NDVO along with other documents, that time she said that is applicable if you are applying for student VISA and not FSW Immigration VISA.
Even my lawyer (from CANADA) told me to send only reciepts of payment I made there to NDVO as a proof of my medical. She also didnt tell me to ask for those forms.....
Please clerify the doubt....

Thanks for sharing your experience dude. each and every moment was explained.. hahaha .. cruel nurse ..mental asylum ..bottle lid...this is why we fear hospital.

cruel nurse story was great ..i too had a similar experience when i went to donate blood... she inserted a thick needle to get blood but she left me there for some other purpose.. weird feeling ..seemed like my whole blood would be drained and I will be left bloodless. But she came on time.

I had sent enquiry email for correcting my pincode , but not after that..

Can I send an enquiry email to NDVO? or will i have to wait for 6 months (i suppose) as per AOR.. trust me I was in confusion.

innovation...I think you can send an enquiry right away. Request RKC to help you out with this, as she has sent a CSE while waiting for her MR. Write her a PM. I'll do the same from my end.

I am a US citizen and am applying under NOC 3233. My whole packet with my IELTS, was hand carried by my brother when he returned to Canada and he mailed it on December 13, 2011, when he got in Vancouver.

My check was cashed on January 23, 2012. I got PER on February 1, 2012, (but I didn't see it until February 13, 2012 because I was on vacation in Central America).

When I checked my application online, it says that it is "in process" and my application was received on December 16, 2011. There was no address, just my name. WHAT does that mean?? My VO is Buffalo.

Hello vidanueva...thank you for posting your details. One of our admin member will update your details in the spread sheet.

About your timelines, I am sorry to say, but Buffalo VO is one of the slowest. Some of our friends from Buffalo VO who have applied in July / august are still waiting to hear from their VO. So it will be a while till your hear from them. Now that you got your PER your file will be sent to your VO, and will be dealt with at the VO itself.

The next step as per process is to get an AOR (ack of rcpt from VO)
MR & RPRF (medical request and req to pay landing fees)
PPR ( Passport request)
Then VISA stamping.

About your address dissappearance, there is nothing much to read into that. Your address will keep appearing and dissappearing many times during the processing of your file.

As for your ECAS status - that is the first status update for everybody. As your file goes through step by step, your ECAS status update will keep changing. However exp has shown that we get to hear from the VO much sooner than the ECAS status is udpdated. E.g. I got my MR, and my ECAS still reads the first update.

I think you will get your visa in the next 6 weeks.  I, on the other hand, is all set.  I have made a booking for the 3rd week of March.  I am flying to Toronto via Hong Kong.  So I really hope there are no more issues and I get my visa soon.
