On behalf of the Government of Canada, the Foreign Credentials Referral Office
(FCRO) at Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) would like to encourage
you to attend the free orientation services offered by the Canadian Immigrant
Integration Program (CIIP), as described in the enclosed brochure.
You need to go to the website and register for the programme.
And there's another website that you need to visit to get your educational credentials validated.

Dear Friend Hortons, I really appreciate your reply and detailed explanation. We wrote a letter anyway to CIO because we had discover among his 7 years experience , 8 months worked as a F & B supervisor, which correspond to NOC 0631 experience. If they take this 8 months into consideration he might have a chance. Otherwise, we will follow your good advice and to apply again in april or may this year because it will be about the time turning 3 years of experience in NOC 0811 that has about 140 application received so far.
