When CIC will update cap count statistics (Total complete applications received since July 1, 2011)? do they have any specific date to announce this?
Nope. For June2010+ applicants it was approximately once per week. But then tend to leave it a few weeks until one of the NOCs gets close to the cap, then update regularly until the cap is full. They will certainly have a larger number of applications than usual because of people waiting during the June2010-July2011 period once their cap is full. My guess is it will take them a few weeks yet to get some numbers together, so maybe 1 week after people first report their credit card is charged. Say end of July? But I am just guessing. Wayne. |

Hi hope somebody can answer this. I found a typo error in my marriage contract. My dad's family name is wrong. Do I need to correct this? All other documents are consistent and correct except for this one thing.

Hi, on my marriage contract, my mother's name also has a typo/clerical error. My consultancy recommended that I submit an affidavit of discrepancy (for the mean time only for the submission of requirements) but eventually I filed for the correction of the clerical error at the civil registry (this could be requested by the Visa Office). -miguelboogle |
