Na jane kis mod pe Brast neta mil jaye... tried my best to make it in english -- hope my dear friends understand what Abhishek tried to convey. YOu will know via an e-mail from CIC stating that your application has received a POSITIVE FINAL DETERMINATION........and it's transfered to your respective visa office for further processing.... (You will receive this if your file is in CAP and everything is in accordance)
And if, God forbids, either your application does not fall in the cap your application will be returned to you via regular mail.
   Thanks everyone. That means my immigration journey starts with a big tension and stress where I have to wait to know even my file will be process or not. Wish I'd e able to know and cic email me soon with a good news and I'll get chance to relax and wait for another 1 year ( may be ) to get the visa hopefully. What you guys doing with the information and what is that spreadsheet , can anyone make me understand what happens with those please. |

U must wait now.... In about 60-90 days you should receive an e-mail from CIC confirming or infirming cap reach on your application.
You can also contact CIC by e-mail : CIO-Sydney-Search-Enquiry <CIO-Sydney-Search-Enquiry @ cic.gc.ca> after passing 6 weeks and ask them for a file number or UCI number.
Do not contact them before the 6 weeks because they will not answer back before this period of time.
