Can anyone analyse how they are charging CCs cos my application was received on 8th july & was charged last friday but there are still lots of 6th & 7th applicants that are still outstanding.

Any "bright" ideas ?

may be their bank didnot informed them about their transiction

or

cic try your cc payment twice , means if in the first attempt it is not charged due to low balance in cc or deny by the bankers so they attempt for the second time after few days, if still payment does not made then they return your application ...

may be this is the reason that some of the applicant of 7/7/2011 still outstanding

yeah! Everyone should remember that only 3% of the applicants (last year 26 Jun 2010 to 30th June 2011) are from this forum. It won't be very different this year.

No last year, for 1122 there were 88 applicants from the forum out of 1000, i.e., 8.8%. This year, till now 21 CCs have been charged, i.e.,abt 4%. Lets see how many more wud be included within the cap.

Its been five days no update from CIC regarding CAPS.

Even regarding CC, my CC is charged but for a while it was mentioned 'not billed' untill 2-3 days back that it has been transferred to the statement. It is good for you to know these days applicants of June 10th are getting their ER (PER or NER), 55 to 60 days from the receipt of application in CIO-S.

I called tele banking of my bank, .. And they advised me about my credit card being charged

Yes,  everyone plz advice to your banks, I work for a bank and this is often, the bank could block the credit cards which has international charges or purchases while the customers doesnt report a travel or something like that , in this case an authorized charge.
The bank could consider this kind of changes as an international fraud, because the card holder is in another country...

earlier i was applying  through an immigration consultant based at delhi.after taking the initial amount they were not giving the proper response.not taking my phone call or the thing like this . i has so many querries.theu didnt . so i didnt pay their rest fees and applied directly.. now they are saying you have to pay the fees with interest as you have signed the contract.now what should i do...

One more case of consultants apathy from Delhi. Are they "Abhinav  Outsourcing"? How can they ask you for money after rendering poor service  . Infact you should ask them to pay you your intial amount back with interest. Screw them.

Is this Global Visas? I am afraid , there is a fine print in their contract which says that the entire amount is to be paid if you do not progress further- thats why they push you hard to pay the nominal fee initially . Sad that the consultants get away with such morals !
Read all the documents that you signed to see there are no more surprises. I am not an expert to answer the implication here so will leave it with someone who understands law.

dont be afraid. just send them a written letter through a registered post describing about details of your transactions and payments made to them and what service was expected from them in exchange to the fees. also mention in details the poor standard of service given by them and how you have suffered and what loss you have made. doesnt matter if you bluff a bit and exagrate things. Dont forget to ask for refund of the entire fees you have paid.

send it through registered post only. by this they will understand that you have brains and you have guts to fight with them even in consumer court.

but do not show any mercy to these stupid consultants who tries to fool customers who trust them blindly.
