Hello! My cc was encashed today, 19 dec. 
This is my second application and I am very scared bcz first time CIC cashed my money and then I took NER. (65 points). The reason was that I did not presented my uncle's birth certificate from Canada and failed to get 5 points for adaptability. In the second application I sent my relative birth certf. I hope it will be better. Good luck and congratulations to all those with PER and MR.!   Congratulations LED! I have been waiting to hear from you. I am sure this time you will make it with much more than 67 points. Appreciate your determination in sending your application for a second time. Good Luck! Its been 89 days since PER for me too. Please members advise whether a case specific enquiry should be sent now or should we wait some more.
I think it is too early to send any case specific enquiry. Each case takes its own time and cannot be compared exactly with other applicants having similar timelines. Please be patient as it is also Christmas time. Many of the staff or on leave or holidays during this time of the year. Most offices operate with a skeleton crew and mostly attend to emergencies and other crucial cases. |

I' ve never had wrote the adress in my E_CAS, just my NAME. my E-CAS shows that:( since Aug. 24) APPLICANTNAME...- DECISION MADE -"We received your application for permanent residence on June 20, 2011. We started processing your application on June 20, 2011. We sent you a letter on August 24, 2011 about the decision on your application. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us." And the second line: APPLICANTNAME...- DECISION MADE-"We received your application for permanent residence on June 20, 2011. We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on August 18, 2011. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us. A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision. Ssaansari, chekav and possie... I am also a LVO applicant.. 1122, on November 22nd my Ecas showed ' we started processing your file.' big o also got the message the same day... And then he got the MR letter dated November 23rd. So I expected mine too... But haven't received till now maybe coz I'm 1122... Anyway, I sent them a case specific enquiry ... Asking if they sent anything as in Kuwait where I live we usually receive letters 3-4 months late... Due to sorting delay at the post offices....!!!
Don't know if they will reply... But I just sent it anyways... :-)
To all London VO applicants (especially those in the 1122 NOC) We are unfortunately in a situation where both our NOC category and our VO has a disturbing precedent of long processing times. After a quick glance at last year's applicant data sheet, it seems the lack of activity regarding our applications is not a worrying situation. Several applicants didn't hear back for 8 months after getting their PERs. So be optimistic folks. Keep it together and don't lose hope. London VO NOC 1122 applicants are going to make it, even if we're last amongst all of our forum friends! And on the brighter side, if we go last, all our friends can come pick us up at the airport  . Finally, on a serious note, my condolences and prayers to the victims of recent floods in the Philippines. May all of our lovely Philippino friends stay safe from this force of nature |

But now i am asking that are u able to see ur adress now on ur e cas status page.. the information u have written is displayed when u click on DEcesion made !! |

ECAS doesn't seem to mean much at times, we can only guess what is going on! Fingers crossed you hear something soon. |
