I was wondering if you could help me with a question. I am London VO aswell and since receiving my PER by email I have not received any furhter information by regular mail or email. Did you receive a copy of your PER by regular mail? I'm getting worried for a number of reasons, lack of information, my ecas status has not changed since PER and my address is wrong on ECAS (emailed LVO about this but never got a reply). I'm starting to get very anxious about not knowing anything!!

I am sorry possie I will not b able to help u much in this regard. The best option wud be to ask vo again for an update. Other option might to try case specific enquiry. But u better take opinion of senior members in this regard. Another thing which I have seen ppl do is try change some small detail in their application such as address. Usually vo reponds to such change in applicant status. I don't recommend it and it is not very desperate for u to resort to such tactics. Try to pm senior members n u will get good advice. Sorav dear Applications filed on 26-9-2011 in the NOC 631 have been returned due to CAP reached. Your application was filed on 7-10-2011. That means you didn't make it in the CAP. Don't lose heart and get ready for the next attempt on July 1, 2012. |

Thanks anyway, thought it would get easier after PER but now I just get worried and anxious about the next stage lol!! Think I might give it a couple more weeks and if still no change do something then. Cheers |

My file was recieved CIO on 11th august 2011 under NOC 1122.
I finally recieved an email from them today:
"
Dear Sir/Madam,
Please be advised that your application was returned with all attachments on 27 Oct 2011 as the cap of NOC 1122 has been reached.
Please note: all returned applications are sent via regular mail to the mailing address as entered on the application form. There is no tracking number. Once the application is mailed, its delivery is the responsibility of the postal service.

Hi Dearest Friends,
U must be wondering where Mang has gone.
Lol,
I had my medicals very very smoothly and today couriored a draft (landing fees) and my passport too to the VO.
Friends, i was very happy after the medicals , so went to a bar with my friends .
Parked my car at karol bagh , opp to jessa ram hospital ,new delhi.
Lol , when we came out from the bar , i was shocked to see that the side window of my car was broken and my laptop had been stolen.
Lol, went to a police station to report as i was not worried about the laptop but was exremely worried about the possible missuse of my credit card and bank account details.
U KNOW FRIENDS DELHI POLICE REALY SUCKS.
Very very bad people their behavior was as such that i am commiting a crime by reporting my stolen laptop.
Any ways, changed all of my C.Cs and bank accounts passwords and details.
Now Iam very relaxed and typing through my mobile.
Will buy a new laptop tom.and will post in full speed once again.
