Hey guys,
Congrats to all those who got their PERs. As for us, still waiting for our MR from Buffalo. Anyway, I have a quick question, my wife who is the primary applicant just had her annual medical exam and they found out that she has a high strep count. Does anyone here have a similar situation and still pass the medicals. She has been taking antibiotics for it. We are just wondering maybe it'll affect our medicals when it comes. Thanks in advance guys! Cheers!

Damn...... my luck. Again I got late by 1 week. Pre July also cap reached one week before my application was received at CIC. Again this time my application reached there on 21st Sept and I am short by one week. Godddddddddd.

May repeat count after course of antibiotics is completed. Antibiotics should work and if they don't I would suggest undergoing a antibiotic sensitivity testing which will help determine the choice of antibiotic which will be effective on the infected strep strain. DMP may ask for a repeat of urine analysis to confirm but not sure of the outcome of that. Again, I am not an expert and you should consult others for opinion as well. I only have a background of microbiology. |

This is a letter sent from your visa office to acknowledge that the file transferred by CIO was received by them and they also mention the average processing times for their office. However, if you belong to a visa office such as London or Buffalo, they do not send AORs. The next time you will hear from them is when they request you for the medicals. For more information, you may please go through the spreadsheet below(link found in my signature). If you wish to be added to the spreadsheet , please provide your VO, NOC and fee encashment date(mentioned in your PER letter). |
