i wanna apply 1st of july 2012 , can i send my application before 1st of july or i have to post application at 1st of july. thanks
It shouldn't be a problem if the forms are signed & dated June . The application will be processed according to the instructions in place on the day it was received at CIO. In fact some 1122s this year were signed & dated June especially of people who had their immigration consultant overseas. You have to time your application such that it doesn't land before July 1 at their office.
We should know what's in the next MI for FSW probably at least a week before the end of June 2012.
from what I read earlier, the number of points may go down for work experience and age above 35. I will find that info and post it here for SOCIAL1988, helpp and all the others planning to apply in MI4. |
