We are "family" here. I understand that even amongst families, misunderstandings arises. Some posts which are not intended to offend could result to being misinterpreted and therefore hurt, offend some readers and 'sometimes' result to negative feedback as well. It is a normal thing.

It is always best to respect ones opinion/s and this way we prevent misunderstandings. If there are clarifications that one would like to send to somebody, please do so via private message (pm). Thankyou Your Highness! Same here, no feel about it yet, i feel 1122 MRs will be lil more long drawn like Alain mentioned... maybe more scrutiny, interviews... etc. so we finally booked our tickets today morning! going on a vacation for 2 weeks! To India!!

Please dont say "failed". Your application and documents are already ready (I mean you must have kept a second set). Send your package by the end of June 2012, say around the 28th or 29th and make sure it reaches CIC by 1st or 2nd of july. You will be thru.

You will be delayed by 6 months....thats it.

ok we should be ready at july 1st and resubmit our applications, but what about the expected changes in the points system such as age and ielts score...i already had 67/67 with my best performance in ielts, so, if any changes i will be below 67.....

I think its better to be prepared, isnt it? Incase this year does not work out (God forbid!)

There will be changes to age for sure. Maximum points will be given till 35 unlike 49 this year. There will be changes in IELTS, profession wise. Meaning professions that don't need very high IELTS would be considered. Other thing is education. Same like IELTS. Some NOCs may not require a Bachelor's degree to get maximum points.

So, I dont know your age, but in all other factors, it will remain the same for you I guess. This is my personal opinion.
