Hi Ravi,

I appriciate and read your posts. Can you please give your comments regarding my chances.

I applied under 3112 and it landed on 19th October. The current no is 347 as on 8th Dec update.

What are my chances ?

According to the trend for 3112........

With 392 applications already received and CIO still processing application around mid-end of september..
We can conclude that CIO receives around 130 applications per month under this noc.
(July+August+September)/3
i.e. 392/3=130.67
At this rate cap will b reached under this noc by the time CIO reaches october last week - november first week applicants.....

My application was received by CIO  through courier on 22nd September 2011, but i didnt get any reply from there yet. i checked for my bank draft and it was not cashed till 20th Nov, while the cap of 3131 was reached on 23rd Nov. How can i know what is going on with my application?

Thank you for your comments and guidance,

The untold part of my story is that I am lacking some documents (High school diploma, background check) that I can get within the next month or so, and I was just rushing to send an incomplete application.After reading your comments, I figured that my chances will be much higher if I waited for another 6 months, and that is most probably what I will do. Although, I will check the completed applications number tomorrow and make my final decision. Anyways, thank you for the support.

hii evry body
 i am new here in this forum.I have some confusion .i m requesting all to clear my this confusion actually my app file recieved by cic nova scotia on 27 june 2011 and i have recieved my PER on 30 august.My e -case have been showing 'IN PROCEESS" from that time then i recieved AOR on 22 september and now on 9th December my e-case staus changed to ''RBVO'' & my adress also disappeared but next day on 10th December my adress appeared but status is still "RBVO''.I m v much confused that how it could happen "RBVO"after ''IN PROCESS'' .Pls spread some light and clear my confusion(MY visa office is NEW DELHI) i shall b v much thankfull 2 who will reply.

yeah you will just be positive by attitude..... i hope each and everyone who apply for PR got the good news soon....though it might take few days/weeks/months depending upon your case....best of luck all

really you are on top on list to get the PR so faaaast...... and i do feel that mine case must be over you but you are really fortunate to get it really very early....congrats.... and i am blessed with god to have in process as there are lots of peoples waiting from weeks/months and years so on..
