there is a lot to do here. for starters, somebody needs to do something about the all-plankton situation here. somebody be a farmer please. i cannot have stir-fried planktons for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Dear Seniors,
PLEASE let me know,
what i am not sure about is, The Count of the CAP increases with each applicaiton package CIO recieves NOC wise ?
or it increase after they open and encash the fee and issue AOR ?.
I am having great confusion over it.
Guys please give ur comments.

Lol , i have planned the same , we r 4 physios 3M+1f , applied on the same date together , they r still waiting for their MRs.
But we all r planning For B.C.
You r most welcome to stay with us , initialy u can stay with us without shairing any rent lol.
And if u like B.C and our comp. U r most welcome to share the rent with us.
Moreover , if i reach there before u , i will definately recieve u on the airport.
Hey mang, m also there. Hw can u forget me? M also a physio nd my destination place is also B.C.

I am confused the cap count increases on each PER as as they recieve an application.
I sent my application on 19th Oct 2011 under 3112. The Cap is filling like hell. 30-35 increase each week. will reach 500 by 3-4 weeks.
I am confused and worried.

hi Zeeshan, The number given in the CIC website is total no. of Complete applications received. First they will check for completeness of application.If application is complete they will count it towards cap and DD will be cashed. If application is incomplete they will return it. Next step is eligiblity review: They will check in detail regarding duties for that NOC category, Proof of funds and other criteria etc.Then they will give either positive eligibility review(PER) or negative eligiblity review(NER). If somebody gets NER, the fee charged will be refunded after applying for refund. I have read all these things from this forum only.I used to think that the total complete applications received shown at CIC website as current. I don't have any idea before that there will be some backlog. |

Dearest Zee, You have been repeatedly asking the same question and there is only one answer. An application is counted towards the cap after opening it, checking it for completeness and successful fee encashment by CIO. If you look at the spreadsheet, there is one individual by name bloop whose cc was charged on 5th dec but his application rcvd on 16th Sept. Which means he was counted to wards cap on the Dec 8th update made by CIO. CIO must now be working on 3rd and 4th week of Sept applicants and for your NOC, there are still 200 open spots. You will comfortably make it within the cap. Trust me and relax. Pls wait patiently until Jan 19th to receive your PER b'cause they issue PER within 90 days of receipt of application. It is too early for you to start worrying. |

The answer is NO. All required documents on checklist should be sent together in your application package without which your application will be considered incomplete and returned back to you. |

It is possible that your AOR is lost in mail. |
