E.P letters are enough but they must be detailed.
I mean detailed work duties + working hours+ sallary+ additional achievements if any etc.
It would be good if u can add yr pay slips , income tax returns with yr E.P.L.

What Mang is telling you is what I did. Try to send as much proof as you can so there is no doubt.
And remember to put details of the work you did and everything else Mang says.I tell you I sent

Problem is I am a Dentist and most Dental clinics don't really issue any formal offer letter or Experience letters.
Infact my salary was also issued by cash in hand.
Luckily I have been able to get letters with all the details mentioned.
Hope that will be enough.
I am planning to apply in 2 weeks time, hope the CAP is not reached by then
Many people in this forum have commented that CIC is still looking at Sept application and the number mentioned are lagging by 2 months.
I checked with my consultant and they say that numbers mentioned on CIC website are real time and max 1 week lag.

I am also a dentist and what i did was send letters of reference from the dentists i worked for mentioning in detail what i did and how much I earned yearly. Aside from that I asked other dentists to write a letter of reference saying that they know about my work; I also sent the certificate from  the school of dentistry from my country stating when i started being a  dentist; reference letters from patients stating the treatments i did and also sent invoices; If you have worked for the clinic do you give them an invoice or receipt?? I sent everything notarized and translated. It was a huge package. Hope it helps.

For Work Experience. Is it enough to just give the original reference letter from the employers
or do we need any additional documents also.
Reference letters include everything that is required.

Just a reference letter with all details mentioned by CIC in the Document Checklist is more than enough. Just make sure the list of duties and responsibilities in very elaborate....very very comprehensive. Write every single duty that you have performed in DETAIL. This is more than enough.

Payslips etc are optional. Not necessary if you dont have it ready. Goodluck and pls hurry!!!

After seeing me treating a patient ,I am very sure that not only u will reffer all of  yr  friends wifes but also will be glad to get yr future wife treated by  Dr.Mang.
Worked for aprox. 14 hours a day in the last 8 years as a Pain Management Expert and treated about  27,000 patients on record so far.Traveled to 17 countries through W.H.O and stayed & worked in 4 countries for more then 8 months.

SO I Dont think u should have any doubt about my proffesional skills and one more thing I am just 4+ years elder then u.

Turned you blue Patty. Your story sounds similar to that of melkhatib. His courier had a delivery date of 2nd sept but CIO said it reached on 6th Sept. I had to correct your date to 6th which is more relevant at this point though we do not know what goof up happened at CIO during that time. Anyways, I am glad you are in even though it was late.

Yes, it is common for PER to take this long. The longest we had is 119 days from the time your appn was received.

5th Sep (Monday) was a holiday. Labour day. And 2nd was Friday (almost weekend). So I think they were counted for 6th. So also with Bbhandari.

End of the day it is your decision Shalini. But I strongly urge you to stay away from Consultants. Your CAP is filling up very very fast and CIC is only reached mid to 3rd week of Sep so far. So you have to act real fast if you want to make it to CAP. Otherwise all the hard work you put in to get your application ready will go down the drains. That'll be really sad. ACT FAST dear friend!!! IF you already have your IELTS mail your application ASAP.
