+
6 months of my bank statements +/or any other POF (etc.)
I am realy so so happy today
Best of luck and +1 for all of my friends ( every one in this forum)
My ecase is still RBVO. Why so, plz advice?

to those who received their MR and RPRF, we only have to pay for the RPRF which is $490CDN? no need to pay for the processing fee again which is $550?
just pay the RPRF  |

haha. forget about it mang. it was just a simple misunderstanding about our views on that topic.. but anyways,we all have a common denominator here..and that is to get our Canada pr visa soon. Ive read that you have been to 4 countries already..It is one of my dreams to be like you..you know.. to be independent and see the beauty of the other parts of the world..esp canada Thanks for the wishes!!I hope we could all get to canada and settle there for good. tHANK YOU AGAIN. wHEN I RECEIVED THE LETTER I THOUGHT IT WAS AND i WAS VERY EXCITED BUT AS I keep reading everyones situation I doubted it was PER. Now I am 100% sure. What really worries me is the timing to be sent to the visa office. From what I read every VO has a different method. For instance, I had to send everything at once. IELTS original, police certificate originals, POF, divorced papers, permission from the dad, you name it it is in the file, etc etc. The only thing i didn´t send was medicals as they said. So now I am anxious again.OMG!!! do not worry, no need to submit medicals along w/ ur application package...once u make it, your VO will be the one to request medical from you, then that is the right time to have ur medicals done and have it submitted to ur VO May be it is just a matter of time right?? DOES ANYONE KNOW IF caips IS GOOD TO USE?? once you receive DM before medical (means not good news) and u want to make an appeal, this is where CAIPS enter. CAIPS contain notes for detailed reasons of their decision. It is purchased through online caips @ lawpoint.ca for 25$. It will be mailed to you through email in 45 days. but u do not need this as u have just got ur PER, savor it, enjoy it and forget abt CAIPS okay? relax  |

If I were you, I would go back to India, submit and wait for my passport to be returned. I know this option is not always possible with everyone who may have work committments.The other option is to consult a lawyer in India to do it the right way.

Here's to all my friends...who have become family now...like I always claim!!
With your good wishes and prayers I am here to share one of the best news of my life!!!!
I called CIC just now and I was given my UCI number and my File No. :-)
The wonderful lady at the CIC call centre said that they are sending me an acknowledgment by mail and if we should have any further queries or clarifications beyond this, we may get in touch with NDVO!!
Need I mention how I am feeling right now!!! Yes...at the top of the world!!!
Thanks again lovely people for tolerating my anxieties and nervousness and lifting me and cheering my up when I have been at my lowest.
Cannot thank you all enough. Infact I haven't even called my brothers and in laws with this news. I owe it to you all to know this FIRST!!

Dear Highness and friends, I want to tell you how I got my client number. Two days ago I called CIO and the Fabio guy was not ready to help me with real information. My agency didn't get news either. I was really worried and only by Cim's words I could sleep that night.  Yesterday I called them again( hoping Fabio was not around...   ) and another guy answered the phone. I told him that my bank confirmed my bd encashment and that I would appreciate to have my client number... He asked for some information : name, dob, address, ... And after a few minutes he came back and provided my client number. I think everybody ( till 15.09)can call CIO and tell the same....  Dear Patricia, Sorry I missed your post. Only after I saw RKC's post to you about him missing your post, did I realize that I missed it too. Congrats buddy way to go. HI5 |
