Hi Guys

Please help me out with my query. My visa office is new delhi and i am expecting my medical and passport request soon since new delhi has started issuing these requests. The problem is that I am in Canada already on work permit, so how will I send my passport to New Delhi? Is that legal to send passport via fedex/ postal services?
My second question is how much time does the Visa Office give us to send the required documents?

just want to share, here in the Philippines, cem does it COURRIER COLLECT, you pay them (DHL) to deliver your passport to CEM and then back to your doorstep...just not sure if this works for NDVO too, i guess it's worth trying to inquire? Big O's suggestion is good too

I want to tell you how I got my client number.  
Two days ago I called CIO and the Fabio guy was not ready to help me with real information.
My agency didn't get news either.
I was really worried and only by Cim's words I could sleep that night.
Yesterday I called them again( hoping Fabio was not around... ) and another guy answered the phone. I told him that my bank confirmed my bd encashment and that I would appreciate to have my client number...
He asked for some information : name, dob, address, ... And after a few minutes he came back and provided my client number.
  You r funny, I haven't knew by now about my sedative abilities:-)
I think everybody ( till 15.09)can call CIO and tell the same....

Congrats Big O on MR and RPRF. It seems LVO has finally woken up.
My timeline is d same as urs but alas, as yet no change in ECAS. Still d same "In Process".  Just waiting 4 d MR anxiously.  Hope it happens soon.  Congrats 2 u once again.

You are 12th Sep. If your DD was encashed on 2Dec, which is a Friday, 13th Sep they would encash on 5th Dec (monday) mine (14th Sep) would be encashed by 6th Dec, at the very best. And 5th Dec they announced 498 for 0631.

 i dont agree with you.cz he applied in september.so he might be 195 or more than that......when a application reached to the cic then cic includes that application in counting when they publish total number of federal skilled worker. am i right??in my sense i think so..........u shouldnt frightened us....cic is telling noc 0631 is 498.......not necessary all those are approved by cic.........those are only submitted application..........not even final..........correct me if i am wrong........thanks...........

I know what you mean. I really really feel the same way. We are all a cyber family and let me tell you that I am so glad i found this place. THANK GOD he guided me  here. It was here where  I learned that it was okay to ask for help  and everyone was always willing to help each other even in moments of sadness. I just hope when we are there somehow we keep in touch. This forum is really  magical where people with nicknames, if we can put it this way, from different countries and situations support each other sincerely.That is really friendship. soon we will move up to that level dear brother, just like POst June thread, they have set up groups for like, ontario based immigrants, saskachewan, and the like for other provinces. they announces job openings (when they know one), where to inquire re: car insurance, health insurance, daycare, etc; review center for nurses; w/c bank is good for depositing bank drafts etc... it feels good...and they do meet ups just to catch up (when time availability permits)... i am sure we will be similar to this...one day

Electronic MRs are not in place yet, although one other forum member received a "heads up" email that his MR is on its way. This did not happen to me as far as I know.
