There can be no generalizations  for CAS. CAS updates are not prompt & accurate like our spreadsheet.  Take the case of 'RBVO', many people never saw RBVO & moved straight to 'In Process" even before they are actually in process. Let us know if you see any change.

In fact I would go a step further to say we should carry as much money we can ,especially families with young kids. The POF they are asking us to show is minimal the actual cost of living may/will be higher. To top that the uncertainty factor involved in securing a proper job in your field. Many times I really think about how to make this transition smooth & successful for each one in the family. Also frankly, one of my main concerns is Canada's ultra cold weather. Every day I check temperature in Toronto & get petrified .
You are right RKC, we are a family of 5: two beautiful twins who will blow their first candle just before Christmas, a ten year old genius, the most perfect (in all aspects) woman in the world, and I.

I am ready financially, that is not a problem. We are preparing ourselves mentally for the big move.
I have no problem with cold weather, after all, I really, really REALLY want a white Christmas..... Every year!!!!!

I'm very sorry guys and i can not hide any information

exactly what she said to me that your application was returned in 28/11/2011 due to CAP REACHED in 3131

I simply don't believe this....no more comments,  3131 for September applicants is still alive may be for early October's too...melkhatib sorry abt your decision but I don't agree what they have just told you...

Reading Ecas is like reading yesterday's newspaper. The only VO that has an ecas that somewhat makes sense is Manilla, but then again, they make sense at all levels.

oh dont worry guys..I have a lot of relatives in Canada..in vancouver or in toronto..
my aunt in vancouver has an apartment business..and she told me I can stay there
for free as long as I become stable there..I have also applied for a Rn registration
both in vancouver and toronto..I can take the exam in BC as soon as I land there..and
the results in toronto (which is a very long process)..I have applied last Nov,2010
and CNO told me that the results might be released by march 2012..but the timeline
is just okay since I dont have visa yet..

If god willing that Il be granted a visa..I will sell my car, gadgets etc before
I leave the Phils..(I cant sell my car right now as Im still working and need it
for my transportation LOL! Cheesy ) and Also, as a single person and as the only daughter
of my mom..we have agreed that she'l be the one who's going to pay for my ticket
& everything once this application became successful..Smiley

Im just pissed off with my agency., coz they already want a big amount of money even
if the visa hasnt been released yet..

dont worry, from ur advices : I wont touch my money and will carry my bankbook
along with me to Canada.. #promise.. Thanks guys!!

I hope we all get our MR soon..I am so bored..but thank god, this waiting season is a Christmas
season..people are very busy with Christmas parties..celebrations etc..
I hope we could step to another milestone of our applications soon..
