My dearst friends, I just received PER and AOR in one email. You can't imagine how touched and happy I am.

Sorry for the NER Vumax but I wish you lots of luck for your future attempt. I wonder if they return your application in case of a NER. Keep working on your new one. We never know what MI4 is going to be like, so better give it a try once again.
I am very sorry to hear this Vumax. But like someone in the forum did can you send a letter with more documents and tell them to reopen your file. Someone in the forum did it and it worked for them. Do not loose hope!!! |

from yr employers wont work next year ,as they(cio) need fresh ones .
You must go to them again next year for reference letters.

Reasons for NER are:
After taking into consideration the work experience supporting documentation on file, I am not satisfied that you have performed the actions described in the lead statement for the occupation or that you performed a substantial number of the main duties of the position as described in NOC. As such, I am not satisfied that you are a 7216 – Contractor and Supervisor, Mechanic Trade.
Since you did not provide evidence that you have an Arranged Employment Offer, you do not meet the requirements of the Ministerial Instructions and your application is not eligible for processing.
