RKC

I read that you faced some issues related to claiming adaptability point in ur app. In this regard, i am posting my below situation, if u can answer.

My CC was charged on 4th Aug. It suprised me, since i failed to submit required doc(b/cert of my uncle & father) to prove proof of relationship to claim 5 adaptability point. i am still wondering how my file cleared the "Check Completness" stage without above doc.

Any thoughts ?

Note: i sent them the explanation of not submitting the doc(since b/cert is not available) via mail on 20th July & told them that i will submit the alternate doc (school leaving cert) whenever asked at later stage. i also attached the scanned copy of the school leaving cert just for their ref, hoping that they don't reject my file as i am ready to provide hardcopy at later stage.

Mr Mak,
We never faced any adaptability issues with our last app. Infact we were/are not claiming any points for adaptability. Our app was returned as we had not included PA & spouse b/certs.
Wayne is right.
Not sure if the explanation letter u sent later  would find it's way to your app. They specifically state all documents are to be submitted only once to CIO.

After passing  completeness check your app is now in queue for eligibility review. It's totally now at the discretion of the officer looking at your file to decide how many points to allot you for adaptability.

You need not worry if your points still total up to 67 without these 5 points .

Please share your experiences...........I need your support.

Ezaz,

CIO doesn't acknowledge receipt of applications. Before 6 weeks the only way to find out is by checking if your CC/BD is charged. Also if they are quick enough with post 1st July apps. we might even find  PER email  in our inboxes by then, which is unlikely.

If there is no news even after six weeks, you can just request for case specific info with their CSU.

our agency request me to have at least bank certificate... i guess any will do ( bank cert or bank statement).

regarding your experience as clinical instructor, they explained to me that it is in differ NOC like teacher.

original plan was my CLP as the principal Applicant and he is a clinical instructor and graduate as MAN, accdg. to their assessment he is not qualified because he is not a hospital base nurse...

Godbless...

I am also a masters graduate but with only one year hospital experience. I was confused because other agencies, i know of two, consider  clinical instructor experience. I guess CIC is correct about this.

I think this 'award/title' has to do with the update on Monday Smiley - am I right ?
My take is, there wont be a change until mid/later week - the last update was on friday and for sure they havent worked on the weekend for a change to reflect on Monday .

Thats my thought so I may be wrong here !
