There r so many immigration agencies.
They alone would have send 500 by now
and that 2 only from India
There are 10 -20 consultants only dealing canada process in my agency.. each of them would have sent around 70 apps by now.. my consultant only has sent 70... |

I think these agencies just send it.... Many incomplete..... As u say they just want50k....I wouldn't worry about it

300 on on Aug 2nd mean nothing when the last CC charged was of July 6th...
But what in the world is relation between the cap number and bd charged. Ur application is within cap for sure. And if it is a complete application it surely will get charged sooner or later. |

you don't need to Ravi..when I had got back my app last year it had passed the initial completeness verification.. I could even see a file number written on it...The rejection rate for y-axis is not much but they are drastically slow in processing... not suitable for the current circumstances... |

it reached on the 28th of Oct' 2010, the cap of 1000 for NOC1122 was reached on the 27th... lost it by a single day.. |

Thats sad let me then share the complete sad story: I started preparing my app in March 2010, I was about to apply in Apr'2010 then, they made IELTS mandatory in first stage..so delayed applying and got IELTS by May last week. Again tried applying but a few days before I actually applied the NOC ceased to exist after June 2010 chnage... Then started preparing for the NOC 1122 along with a few other apps that were actually needed in the 2nd stage that had suddenly become necessary in teh first stage after June 26th chnage... Finally after 3 months of struggle I submitted everything to Y axis on the 23rd of Sep'2010 .. only for them to delay it further and send it by 20th of Oct and the app reached CIC on the 28th of Oct...a day after the cap was full.. the second episode of this sad story is getting unfurled now with you guys...this year...  |
