Today My e-cas changed to Decision Made...showing my Canadian Address... After almost a year of processing its time...I would like to thank all my fellow forumers..especially to Captain Qorax, I fully understand why he still tries to help everyone despite finishing this race...it is just overwhelming that you want to share it to everyone...you feel that you want everyone to succeed just like you did..Perseverance,commitment and patience in research will prepare you on the next journey...processing your immigrant visa is just the beginning...Thank you very much to everyone...

i came from canada from 15 jan...my last update from visa on 27/04/2012 ........Request you to please provide us with your INDIAN MAILING ADDRESS, as we do not mail passports outside India/Nepal. Since we are in the final stage of finalizing your application, your response per return would be appreciated.Please note that the medical validity of your application will be expiring by 1 December 2012....i send my Indian mailing address by blue dart and it already received by visa office on 29/04/2012.......its already 2 month now.......can i go to visa office in person to ask about my situation or if they get my indian mailing address update or not......pl advise and let me know if already visited.....any should we need appointment for that? and where we go at ndvo?? pl help me urgently

Can you please advice whether all the photo copies ( marksheets, refernce letters, birth certificates etc ) need to Notarized or not.
I have about 50 photo copies to be sent with the application.
Please advice, so that I can plan accordingly.

or any other specification

A formal letter on bank's letter head addressed to " to whom it may concern" will do... there is no need to put Canadian high Commission's name, don't forget to mention the total funds/amount in CAD.
