Dear All,

I need a help/advise from you all. I've got an additional line in my ecase; We started processing of your application on 1st May. Today I gave a call to my consultant and ask him about the status of possible MR or Interview but surprisingly he said that it will take 4 to 6 month to hear from LVO after starting the application processing, but many applicants in this forum have got theirs after 5 till maximum 30 days after the ecase updat. I think maybe they have got a letter from LVO for some information/clarification from LVO or something like this due to bad compilation of my file during submittion, so they are sure it will take more time till hear from them. Please share your ideas.

In my view the answer is NO! He wasn't "refused" ... he wasn't even "considered"...as the CAP was filled. Do wait for answers from others though

This is what is a typical example of  'Medicine After Death' She hesitated not in sending back PP to NDVO as if it was an ordinaty used Tissue Paper without much ado.Why the questions hereafter?

Hi Friends,

Any Ideas when will I get the "DM" ? Medical was received on 5th of March, 2012. My passport, proof of medical, and other documents was delivered to NDVO on 30th of March, 2012. I got medical results received line on 19th of April, 2012.

Any guess would be highly appreciated.

The cap has been reached. CIC has received 10,000 complete Federal Skilled Worker applications for processing since July 1, 2011.

 i have landed in winnipeg on 3rd of may.  This is a good part of canada.  I am getting good opening in my sector within this few days.

For instance:  I was searching for start entry program office to register, i could not find it for a while. I entered a office to enquire about the office. I started to enquire with a lady in reception. She was not quiet sure about the place and then she started to ask every staff of the office. This was a govt office. At last i found a group of people(staff) are running to get me the right direction.

I felt amazing and thought of govt offices in our country.

They started searching thru internet and given me the print out of the map marking the route with a marker pen.

This was one of the wonderful experiences i had on this promising land.

Ndvo has shifted gears recently so hopefully within this month or by 1st week of june you should expect your DM

I DONT KNOW ABOUT THE RPRF ENCASHMENT AS MY BANK PEOPLE TOLD ME THEY DONT HAVE ANY INFORMATION ON DD ENCASHMENT.

A lot of friends from the forum faced this with their banks. But on insisting, they succeeded in getting the encashment date (even from local banks such as Vijaya, Canara and all). It's your right buddy to know the whereabouts of your money. They are your bank and are obliged to answer you.

Try your luck again. And be persistent. At least you will know if your RPRF has been taken and it will provide you with some relief, believe me!

Hello every body out there..

My DD was returned on 7th march  as it was hand-written/ filled   by the bank employee . I got it back and send the new computer-printed  DD immed. , i think , by 12th march which got encashed in no time , with in a week.

I thought at that time that perhaps my case got delayed by 2-3 weeks more. Little did i know that I was in for a further shock after waiting week after week .

By third week of April, I got a letter from NDVO advising me to send again the X-ray report immediately.  And I got this letter after a complete one month through a ordinary post.The letter was dated 18th march and i had it in my hand on 17 th april. The postman of our area deleivered it our next-door neighbour.   By this time, i did not have any update of ' medical have been receieved...' on my ECAS.

All these weeks in March/april, i kept thinking that as NDVO is so erratic in updating its status..  so probably they have missed my updation reg.  MEDICALS the same as as they did it in case of RKC.

Anyways ..i complied with the request , got my DMP to send another report ....

The medical received line was updated on 29th april  (sunday) on my ECAS   and now this latest update of decision made ..I am just wondering now what's going on with YH, SIDESTEP4U files... and .. i would suggest you all who are waiting endlessly to send a CSE immed. asking for an update on your files...Atleast you all will be clear that there is nothing / no document pending from your side.
