  Same thing happen with me too. I couriered in one package pp with rprf by bluedart on 25 feb 2012 and delivered to ndvo on 27 feb2012 and on 17 march 2012 they sent me an email to submit pp and rprf.
                         So i immediately i  uploaded the paper of  signature and stamp of guard who recieved my package and sent them CSE .
          Till today icici bank confirmed that my rprf draft  not yet encashed.
                  Hoping next week they will open my courier and proceed fast since we are in que.They gave DM till 16  february applicants who submitted their pp and rprf before this date.

Dear i have some queries regarding CIIP session as below;

1.Can i take my 2 children alongwith?
2. What is the exact session timings on first day?
3.If children are not allowed is it possible that i attend the first half and my wife can attend the second half of session on first day as other person can look after children.
4. Another possibility can be that i can attend the first day's session and my wife can come on second day for MAP? Is the first days session worth attending by both of us or even one person attending it will suffice?Please give an early reply as you have attended the session and can guide me better

 @  your highness...Actually my DD was sent by my consultants on the day of the medicals(28th Feb.) and they ask clients to send the passport seprately on their own which i did on the 6th March.And the exact wording of their communication is this...

"This refers to your application for admission to Canada.
In order for us to continue the processing of your application, we require Valid passport or travel document for yourself. This must be received at this office by: 05/07/2012
Failure to submit them within that time period could result in the refusal of your application. Please quote our complete file number on your correspondence and address your correspondence to the High Commission at the address indicated below.
PLEASE RETURN THIS FORM WITH THE REQUESTED DOCUMENTS.

Whew...this is really scary. You mean they have received your PPs as per Bluedart, but misplaced it?? How can they be so careless. This is amazing  What i suggest you do is, ask Bluedart for the signed copy of POD (Proof of Delivery) and send a mail to NDVO. Also take a print out of the POD, write a letter with this reference and courier it. This is really an unfortunate situation to be in.

But you are the only lucky guy whose DD was rcvd by NDVO after 22nd Feb and has been encashed. All of us whose DDs have reached NDVO on the 22nd Feb or later are still waiting to hear about our DD encashment.

Thats true YH....Ditto happened to my friend,,that is exactly y i was concerned about my PP getting misplaced...

His PP has been found by the CHC though.They bungled it at their own level..and hes waiting for his PP to get stamped,his DD was encashed on 27th of January i guess..

my concern here is  that it might lead to months of delay in my case,even if they find my PP

Your friend's PP has been found? And how did NDVO communicate this to him?

Had he also sent his DD and PPs in two separate packages?
