HI Real Madridpj,
I was wondering if you have received the separate Instruction for Medical for doing the Medical in US. Did you receive separate instruction? Are you a principal applicant for this application?
I am in Canada and I am a dependent for my spouse's application. They have send me in the request letter that they have send me Separate Instruction for Medical for me in CANADA which I haven't received it so far......But I was wondering if you have received any separate medical Instruction.
Please let me know.

Hi Chintu I did not receive any separate instruction form. But I went and did the medicals because my last day of submitting medicals is April 13th. I talked to DMP regarding sending the medicals to newdelhi but he told me that it should send to Ottawa because there were all medicals go even of it submitted in visa office. He gave stamped copy of the medicals as a proof that I have done medicals an to submit to New Delhi. Yes I'm the principal applicant. |

Guys I've received my Passport request to issue the visa last 14th of March. I was on vacations so I just reached and today I took them to the embassy, they told me it will be ready in 1 week  They have also informed me the expiration date that my entry visa will have. I'll keep you post. |

Long time since I posted on this thread. My application was in cap though returned due to being incomplete. I am planning to apply this year again.
My questions is. I am eligible for 1122 and my wife is eligible for 0631. Can I apply for both and let CIC pick whosoevers cap is not reached.
I remember someone doing it on this forum. Please guide if I can do this and also how can I do this in a single application.

Yes, you both can apply but each application has to be filed independently. You cannot club them. Keep your sets ready you can expect new notifications from CIC to be out probably by last week of June. This was true for MI2 & 3. It may even come out before. Keep tab of the media centre--news releases on CIC website /follow CIC on Twitter/ http://www.cicnews.com/All the best prapplicant. Hope you make it this time. |

Hi abhishek I have a question buddy any chances of rejection after RPRF DD encashed .
RPRF encashment is no guarantee to visa like cashing of processing fee was no guarantee to PER. But it's a prerequisite before the visa is stamped . Visa officers don't handle RPRF drafts. Their job is to take a decision on your application & issue visa only after medicals/criminal/security/final admissibilty checks are cleared. The cases of rejection are few & far between. There is no need to worry. |

good to see you back and i remember vividly when your file was sent back. depending on the designation you'll be applying under 1122, you need to be sure its among the listed as some titles have been removed, i dont think 0631 should be a problem it same goes too. |
