Can it be divided into 3 pieces though? E.g. 20+10+16 Kgs
Hey there!  I am fine, only busy - one of my sons just started school (school year starts in march here), so we all are adjusting, and my husband is away on a business trip, so actually it's just me against and the kids)) But we did get our second AOR, which is kind of a good news Re the baggage - no, you can only carry 2 pieces, each piece not more then 23kg + hand baggage which is 7-10kg (actually 7 but many companies don't really weigh it). I think it's really enough, we can carry all our belongings this way + send books by mail, as we have a lot of books and we are not ready to leave them behind |

Dear friends
I have one question if anyone can help me. I have manual passport and it will be expire 2014 and I sent copies of my manual passport with application after 2 week I am going to Pakistan for spend my holidays. Should I make new computerize passport or not from Pakistan and if not than my manual passport will acceptable for visa stamp stage?

I remember reading something about this in the COPR documents, as I recall they said that some "old type" (maybe the one you have) passports that are still in circulation in some countries are not valid for visa stamping. I will follow up on my reply with a confirmation tonight (at work right now) and will update you if you don't receive another reply from other forum members! |

gO TO NDVO and tell the officer that I want my passport for just a minute, I don't have any photocopy of it and it is urgent..!! or else just let me in I'll do photocopy on your machine and give it to you there only..!!! please please..  so if they give you your passport means sure they have received it.alright ? I am just kidding....Delta Have patience nothing else I can say..!! Thanks a lot. Like your sense of humour though. |

Ha ha ha. I know how it feels to do all of it alone! Ya 2nd AOR is indeed good news. Waiting for MR begins. You're right 23 kgs x 2 is pretty much enough. Thx loads for this valuable piece of info. We got to get ourselves bigger bags though. Coz the ones that we have right now wouldn't accomodate 23 kgs. Gosh another expense Talk about books. Having 2 bookworms in the family (hubby and child) we have a lot of those "assets" too. And they refuse to part with them. Some of their books are still in cardboard cartons coz our huge book shelf has spilling over already  Keep in touch babes. |
