Hi guys, I received MR with following letter. It doesnt say anything regarding passport ... so do u I need to submit passport along with other documents? They asked me to verify Indian mailing address as they do not post passport outside India so Does it mean they requested passport? This is in response to your enquiry.
Your documents have been received and placed on file. No further action is required by you at this time.
We will contact you again if we require further information or when we are ready to proceed to the next stage of your application.
We thank you for your patience and for keeping your correspondence to a minimum.So i guess September applicant will take longer time. Do you guys think, my file is being worked on by an immigration officer already?  According to their response it sound like they did not start any sort of processing on September applicants but I hope they do frickin soon or they gonna get some ass kickin. Lol |

one of my friend has one year of exp. in plumber and having a sales(marketing) exp. of 4 years. will he be eligible to apply? how many points will he get from experience? if yes, then under which NOC. his qualification is graduate and 1 year trade certificate in plumber.

Apparently not yet, but at least i could consider this an AOR right? The reply came from immigration and medical services division. Hopefully by april or may we may hear some good news!  |

From the information you provided, I suggest that your friend is eligible to apply for (NOC:7251) Plumbers, if he/she as acquired this experience for the last 10yrs. Because, I don't think sales experience is on the list anymore or anyway. 1year experience is entitled to 15POINT of the total 21POINT for experience. I hope this will help your question. and yes why don't you send a case specific inquiry to your VO or order CAIPS.
as its little delay in your case what I feel.

This must be received by xxxx date. Pay the right of permanent of residency fee yourself and spouse by xxxx date. Complete marriage questionnaire for yourself Marriage photos PCC clearances Indian Mailing Address. We do not mail passports outside INIDA/NEPAL/BHUTAN 1) where to obtain marriage que form? do i need to fill it or spouse? 2) does this letter mean passport request do i need to send passport now on the base of this letter?
