Tim, that notice you got from the employer will work in your favor, if you show the same to NDVO. You can convince them (with supporting) , that you genuinely require your passport to fly back to Canada in time. Don't hesitate in sending another CSE and mark it "Very Urgent". Faxing would be better option.
Hi RKC I also thought of the same but NDVO is notorious for sending back unstamped passports  So I dint forward that note.. But I shall fax them about my condition if I don't receive any answer to my earlier CSE by tomorrow. Thanks very much for your reply Tim |

You don't have to worry about that !! It's only for those people who are in urgent need of their passports and if they make request for expediting the visa process to NDVO, there have been cases in the past when they sent them unstamped passports .. That does not mean that they cancelled their application though.. They would just need to submit the passport at a later date . Tim |

brother a month back...I did my medicals sent it after 10 days...and got medicals received line on 27th feb..
DD encashed today..!!! and by prayers of your all wishing to have my passport soon with a green light to maple leaf..
FYI : no change in e-cas so far....its "In-Process" only.....No appearance of Canada address yet...no address visible..!!![/b]
Our entire fingers are cross for your heart desires. E-cas will change from 'In-Process' to 'Decision Made' and finally address will change to Canada address. The very best of wishes. |

For the sake of peace Peeps,i will suggest you to kindly delete Mr.Mang's post about Religious from the thread. This call is to avoid further references and repetition of any sort.
This is merely my Opinion.
WOW...  I've been away for 3 days and allot happened here. Did not had the time, to go throug 40 some pages, but a "War" doesn't bring anything good. Only bad energy and wasted feelings. We are all grownups here and we should keep focus on our common scope "Help Each other Immigrate to our Dream LAND" and in the same time find a occupation that well make time, pass even faster!! We all got minuses and plusses in our way of thinking, but this should not bring out the worst in us and spread it out like a disease on this beautiful thread. We should not alter anyones believes! If someone Believes in Santa Claus,........ then Santa is the MAN!! Who really cares? Not even the kinds anymore... I don't know , but a nice wording or right guidance, means more to me , than a revange act or a vanity. Some of us are stressed out because of the long process and this impacts their behavior on others, who are trying to do good and get by this period.
